This trial is about if GZ followed the "stand your ground law" do you even know what the stand your ground law is????
If someone initiates physical (following someone is not physical in any way, according ot the law) harm to you in the state of florida and you feel your life is threatened....you have the right to retaliate with deadly force.
And have you ever spent time in a conceal and carry state? If you have, you would know you DONT **** AROUND.....bar fight, road rage, argument....u dont **** around because anyone can be strapped and things can escalate fast. C&C laws are actually designed to reduce physical violence, which they do...proven and tested.

What exactly do you mean? Walked away from the confrontation or walked away when he noticed Zimmerman following him?
So if you follow someone to the point of a chase, which also seems like it could be the case, what is the person being chased supposed to do?
The dispatcher could tell Zimmerman was following him at a fast enough pace that it was evident over the phone
The interrogating officer didn't believe that Zimmerman was simply walking in the same direction as Martin.
Martin's friend could hear a "hard breathed man" come up to Martin. (Which I honestly have a hard time believing she herself would be able to make that sort of detail up)
The kid was probably scared thinking Zimmerman himself was acting suspiciously towards him and may have meant him harm, not just trying to keep a watchful eye on the neighborhood. It's perfectly understandable why he would run. Doesn't mean he was trying to be a tough guy, just scared.

I dont think a chase has been confirmed by any other the statements taken or witnesses...I could be wrong there.
He was definitely being FOLLOWED, thats for sure, now at what rate or the intensity he was being followed is all speculation.
And this is where the case is going to come down too....who put hands on who first...it doesnt matter about chasing, following, or harassing.
Its about who initiated physical contact first, thats the key here. Thats what this case is about, because gz did get his *** whooped, straight up .
And about the high road comment, you can always walk away from any situation, any....... if your being followed by some creepy dude, some guy just hood stomped your new sneaks, drunk scumbag spits in your face.....now will YOUR pride let you.....thats an intuitive question.

If I were in the situation, I would have laid the hand of god on gz for following me...aint nothing physically threatning about dude, at all. Im also 6ft 180+
Thats why Im so connected to this case, dude could have pulled out an popped me all the while I never knew he was strapped.

while I do think Trayvon may have swung on Zimmerman first, the fact that Zimmerman was following a kid around in the rain at night imo, is instigating the situation. Like if I followed around a woman at night and she saw me and sprayed me with mace, I cant sit there and say, nah Im just following you around. You shouldnt react

Im just having a hard time seeing treyvon running away from gz scared for his life, especially seeing how he was on top of the ground and pound.....

Bruh, you have to be trolling. GZ said in his call to the 911 operator that TM was running away. I don't know how else to explain that. I guess you just need to watch the trial because it seems like you haven't been watching.

this is why this this good conversation, you challenged me to look into another scenario that plausible....
now if gz was brandishing the gun from the jump when he was following trey.....we on to something......but i have yet to see this come out, and it very well maybe be the prosecutions smoking gun. This could explain trey running for his life, having to fight and yelling for help.
but on the flipside, I dont see someone fighting someone else with a gun who doesn't have one himself....possible yes, probable?
well have to wait and see, and if this theory is introduced...we gotta see the evidence to support this.
