Based on that logic every PG is a decent/good defender.

No, that isn't true because one on one, every pg isn't a good defender. He is. And if you would get the stigma of "Of its derek fisher :rolleyes " away from you you would see that. Multiple coaches around the league have praised him for his defensive prowess, even this late into his career. There's a reason for that. He's a very solid one on one defender.
lol

Shoe, I understand what you're trying to say and what logic you're trying to use to back up your statements. You're just using it for the wrong player.

100% disagree with Fish being a "very good" defender. A very good defender is Avery Bradley. You could of said "decent" or "average" or "underrated" or some other term. But to say he's pretty good is asinine my dude. This is a man that opposong point guards drool when seeing on the upcoming schedule. He's been known to give career and season high games for PG's for years... And I mean YEARS.

We know the PG position is hard to defend...but that doesn't mean Fish is good

Fish is my dude. I'll always respect the man for putting his heart and soul into the game of basketball and for hitting all the clutch shots he's hit in his entire career.

But he is not a "very good" defender bro, not even close.

At best your logic could MAYBE have him be mediocre or average, which is better than what most people think of him. But he should not be anywhere near the category of very good NBA guard defenders. I'm sorry man but Not even close bro

Well now we know why Russell Westbrook is the offensive monster that he is, He's had Fishers elite defense to push him along the way, first as an opponent, and now as a teammate.

Exactly what I was thinking

Either that or because he keeps getting in trouble with authority.
This is pro sports man that means little. I could create a laundry list of players who have gotten in trouble with the law and still went on to play. Not saying that couldn't be a reason for it but I'm not really buying it. There's some behind the scenes stuff going on here.

Nuggets bout to have the shortest set of PG's in NBA history. Maybe they can bring Earl Boykins back too.

You really think Fisher's defense pushed Westbrook to be the offensive player he is now? I would say it's more of him trying to be one of the best PG's in the league, as well as him trying to be in the same spotlight/caliber of play as Durant. But that's just my opinion. Not facts.

Yessir hopefully we pick up Miller because Prince wasnt doing it for us in the west finals #GrizzNation

Oh nah man no way I wasn't serious at all.

I was trying to get my Big J on for a second but I guess it didn't work out well.
