How does no team fear the Bulls? They have the previous season's MVP coming back to a team that made it to the semifinals without him. That team is a defensive beast...every team in the league probably hates going against them, the Pacers and the Grizzlies because they know it's gonna be a slugfest all game.
 
You guys need to understand Oden hasn't played basketball in YEARS. He's played 82 games in 6 years + a handful of embarrassing summer league games + some preseason games. He cannot cruise or rest until the playoffs then come in and expect to make any contribution. He needs to get his timing back and his confidence back. He can't afford to "cruise" til the playoffs, he needs experience ASAP. If he's glued to the bench, he's not going to do anything in the playoffs except be a goofy foul machine - which he was when he was playing really well.

Still have no bench and besides d rose no consistent scorer, defense can only get you so far if you cant put up points
 
Gibson, Dunleavy and Hinrich (with cameos from Mohammad and Teague) should be solid. Maybe not the strongest of benches, but far from "no bench".

No bench would be last seasons blazers. Bulls got a bench.

oden would foul out so quick. i saw a stat where they showed that yao, shaq, ai last played before oden :x
 
ESPN posted a video about Greg Oden going to the heat and his highlights have Yao Ming in them :lol:

Its been that long since he played in a regular season game

I've seen video of a different dude, Anthony McClelland, who looks and even played more like LeBron, was one of the top players in Ohio, is a career criminal. I'd bet money on this dude if it's one of the 2

Expecting this dude to get himself dressed and make it though pregame warmups, and then get on the court to rebound and block shots is too much.

Again , he makes Bynum look like Cal Ripken in terms of durability.

Bynum has a legit post game too, check out his post up clinic vids on YouTube. Oden couldn't do half of those moves in his wildest dreams.
 
If oden wouldve signed to a different team it wouldve been "i hope he can finally stay healthy and be able to contribute" but since hes going to mia its a bad move/ waste of money/ eddy curry replacement etc smh

It would've been a bad move/waste of money if he had gone to any other team as well.

And at least thabeet isn't a cripple and can actually contribute serious minutes if called upon.
