nbc sports channel def sucks. i hope fs1 is netter too. i ve been listening to fox sports national radio station to get a feel for em. i notice that they report on summer league games that nba players play in. an give scores an statsim referring to the sports channelthat channel is trash

Wonder what was going on in their relationship that was that bad. Anderson always seemed like a pretty stable, likeable dude.
As for Pekovic...have any of you seen him play? Dude is a ******g beast, perfect fit next to Love and fell into the Wolves laps. You get a guy like that and your a small market team, you re-sign him period. You guys talking about a couple years down the road having to give contracts to Rubio and Love....well, if Pekovic isn't on that team this upcoming year they'd have another worthless year with no playoffs, they wouldn't feel like the franchise is committed to winning and neither of those guys would probably wanna sign back with the squad anyway.

Pekovic is actually pretty damn solid..
I'm not sure the length of the contract makes much sense but for $12 mil that's about right. This guy is like one of those big *** Euro's who bangs down low on defense but actually has decent game on O as well. And don't forget dude is damn near 300 lbs

Different GM's. Kahn was a dummy. I'm hoping Flip finds a way to set this right.
Future draft picks in the one draft in all of professional sports that is the biggest gamble? Not even mentioning Minnesota's HORRIBLE track record in the draft and I'll say no thanks. You don't trade proven commodities, about to hit their prime, at a huge position of need to all NBA teams, just for "flexibility" (aka hope). If they don't win now then Love is walking the second he becomes a FA. They may not be a Championship caliber team, but they should make the playoffs and that's a huge start.
Can't just say they could get this or get another.....Who specifically would they have gotten and why get "another" when you already have one. Ya know?

Don't blame Kahn for the Love disaster. That was ownership trying to be cute. Saving the 5-year max for Rubio when he's not even at max level yet is laughable.

Couldnt disagree more. Our jersey is such trash. Actually spelling out Golden State Warriors on both the home and away jerseys rather than the standard practice of just one? Who does that? No other team does this. They dont do it because its stupid.
Wish we'd go back to the City jerseys. Hopefully when we move back to SF, we will. Or we could bring back these joints:

This millsap deal is so overrated. You'd think he was getting paid the minimum the way pele talk about that deal. He's getting 3.5 million less than a legit center. That's what happens when you're an offense only, undersized PF who can't shoot 3s. Pek is a monster and a legit center.
