I actually seen some moderately decent resale prices around 250. If I was someone that didn't cop I would without a doubt sit a bit on this one as no way you won't either find someone to toss you a oop or prices drop to damn near retail.
Had to know there was going to be a bunch of thieves trying to mark these up before everyone realizes there is just too many out there to have to pay those prices. Love seeing people like that get stuck.

I don't care if these were easy to get or what because they won't come back for a while and they got the icey sole so you bet these will be heavy hitters in the market in one year. I'm not planning on wearing any of the retros I got until a year after they release. Doubled up on most and while most people will have only a pair of beat kicks, I will be fresh with another pair ready to go.

Dunno. Concord Lows sitting at $225-$260 several weeks after. These were really sought after. Not saying the prices won't come down but this thread was crazier than the Concord one.
I don't see how any one can compare these Fire Red 5s, Fire Red 3s, etc. Someone likened them to the Grapes and I'd say that was fair as far as anticipation goes.

I struck out. Congrats to all who copped. I've been out of the game for a while. This was actually my first time going out early to get a pair of kicks in at least 6 plus years.
I woke up 6:30am (Socal) and left the house. My plan was to find the smallest line at WSS. I have about 5 locations within a 10 min drive or less to each one. Spot 1 there was about 25-30 heads in line. Keep going. Spot 2 No line. I was like wait something is not right. See a worker come to the door, he opens it and I say "sold out" he says yes, we opened at 6am. Kept rolling spot 3 minimum 45 plus heads in line. Kept rolling to spot 4, same as spot 2. Opened 6am sold out. Kept rolling to last spot, got there and its about 14 to 18 heads max. I immediately park and get in line. I ask what time they are opening and guy tells me 8am. Im like ok cool I got a good chance. Spark sonme convo witha few cats and I get a story about spot 1. For my Socal heads it's the WSS on Florence and Compton Ave. Guy says its about 8 guys camping out and 2 cars roll up and approach them like what they doing here, what set you from etc. These cats pull out straps and tells the campers to get out of my hood and dont come back. That's when I remebered why I dont go crazy for kicks, and camp out and stuff. To much risk. So finally the store opens. letting 1 person in at a time. Line is moving slow but makeing progress. About 8 people later the girl comes out and says we are sold out in Men's sizes. WTF!!! I turn and tell the 3 cats I was talking to "that's my que, im out." I jump in the ride and roll home. back in bed by 845.

same exact thing with me. The kicker is after I escalated it they said my GC balance was 0. LOL I got "got" by the first rep I spoke with and gave my GC number and pin to so they could add it supposedly.

All this means is that a label was created. They wont actually ship until early Tuesday morning, because Monday is a holiday.
2-day shipping means, 2 days from the time it was "shipped"... not 2 days from when ordered, or when label was created.

Yea you probably right but like I said I've been away from the shoe game and I really didnt have a plan or nothing. SO I just went with the idea of trying the closest spots to me with minimal driving if I did strike out. Im just concentrating on restoring my own kicks now and rocking what I havent sold or gave away.
