Air Jordan VI Carmine confirmed for 2014

sorry man but you outlined it in a way that you definitely knew you were wrong.

you wore them carefully and watched where you stepped.
sold as brand new.
waited to see if the buyer could tell the difference or not.

no mistakes in that at all. I hate when people deceive people.
well i wear all my kicks carefully, im that kid that always has to walk on the pathways at college lol. and yeah cleaned the bottom of em. but i sold them at least a year after i wore em. when i cleaned them, i had no intention to sell them at the time i cleaned em.. whatever tho everyones entitled to their own opinion

NT does not harbor and embrace scammers, swindlers or anyone with deceitful intent.

Pass as DS?!...... Pshhhh get that stuff out of here.

Either new, or used.

A virgin or not. There is no middle ground, period.

at least tell the buyer they're used so he's not spending DS money on a used pair of shoes

you're foul kid

Spot on!

its terrible that you have to trick people in order to get ds prices. if you tell the truth some people are willing pay the prices set.

alright yall got me.. id let him know but this was like a couple years ago... all i can do at this point is just not do it again.. which i wont, for the 5th time

that's even worse than $10 guy. how you gonna wear your shoes and advertise them as DS? I describe my shoes down to the miniscule detail so I don't leave anything out to the buyer

THIS was funny.

I agree about describing something to the detail, you'd be surprised with how many people would STILL take your offers and do business with you again for your honesty.

Kinda off topic from the recent convo on these, but so far the Air Jordan 6 retros that have dropped this year have been kinda amazing. Looking at that picture earlier of the Infrared 23's, White Infrared, and now these Carmine's, not to mention the very solid quality on all three thus far makes me impressed with Brand Jordan. Now I think those champagne and cigar joints are very wack, but aside from that, the collection of colorways and solid quality has been extremely dope

What gas? They come to you of they want it.

so the shoes are shipped to the seller tax and shipping free? ha, so reseller finds highly coveted shoes at retail price flat. no tax, no shipping, nothing. Just $170 flat. shipped to their front door. then finds somewhere to advertise their shoes for free. then finds someone to drive to their house for free. outside of all those factors sounding like rare exceptions, it sounds dumb. that person would be setting themself up to get robbed. crib got converted to a brick and mortar. and again, it makes sense for a HSer who needs lunch money. but if you're doing this for one pair, and not a whole run of these, it sounds like hustling backwards

Yeah, JB has been good with the retro of the 6s.

I do feel they're over doing it, but clearly this is the year of the 6s so whatever.

Passing on the Cigs & Champagnes.

Basically wat ur saying is lying isn't wrong. Pat urself on the back.

i saw about 20 pair... and way too many concord lows... makes me want to sell my DS pair.....

Idk about selling a pair I bought just because of that....
You all are acting like its a virus that spreading. It's not that serious, is it?
Lol that's what it seems like. Yes j's have been around and a lot of ppl wear them but I just wanted to share how many ppl wear wearing that day it looked insane. Looked like a sneaker convention.

Side note: a lot of ppl wearing j's especially a pair that I have as well like the Carmine's is not gonna stop me from wearing mine or selling. I'm gonna keep doing me

That's Cold right there^^^^^ this page of the Thread is a cold boy!

Not only are fools Thirsty for Kicks but Thirsty to Wear n Thirsty to Resell DS...

Nothing will QUENCH THEY THIRST! lol

I can tell if a pair was tried on in-store, let alone "worn once."
Btw, that whole "worn once" thing resellers say, kills me.
:nerd:

The real description should be "worn once and scrubbed with sandpaper on the bottom"

nah b, a wet towel with dishwash soap would do.. and idc how much of a sneaker guru any of yall are, no way in hell you woulda known they were worn. i have to go now though so done with this topic.

I see ads that say "VNDS" or "Worn Once" and the shoe is shaped like a banana from wear...
I laugh every time.
Also, the term "VNDS" should be banned.
Hacks.

There you go again assuming everything is handled online. What's with all your shipping nonsense? Do you walk into footlocker and they charge you shipping for your shoes fam? If so, I have some news for you. And taxes are inevitable, there is nothing you can do about taxes so I don't consider them a fee. Unless you live in a state with no taxes, even better.

I'm not defending resellers by any means, I'm just trying to show people that they aren't going anywhere any time soon. Too many people come into these threads and talk about "LOL RESELLERS DON'T BOTHER, THESE EVERYWHERE TROLOL." And in the background you got kids coming up with little to no effort.

Even the kids who are doing it for only a couple of pairs, they end up getting their shoes for free with the profit, and who doesn't want free shoes? There just doesn't seem to be an end to the problem.

Tried on in store = slightly dirty bottom (if it was repeatedly tried on and the last pair of that size/shoe, slight creasing on the back collar of the shoe, slight creasing at the toe box, laces aren't as tight, the shoe is actually slightly dusty, if the associate brings the box out and you can see the paper, the paper might be crumpled or torn etc.)

1. i assumed online because you said no gas cost. how else are you getting the shoes to you without a fee being incurred? horseback? you gotta pay for the upkeep of the horse too if so

2. how are you going to say taxes aren't in the equation when we're talking about the granular details of why selling one pair isn't really worth the time? wth?

im not even arguing whether resellers are going anywhere. my argument is it makes sense for HSers trying to get a few bucks if you're getting one pair, maybe two. Otherwise, it will take multiple pairs for you to come up and get a pair for free. if you're trying to actually make money, it takes buying like a full size run.

you're kinda going all over the place, countering your own arguments
