You're absolutely right lol, but the yellow on these pops so much that I'd much rather keep them clean. It was instantly noticeable soon as they were stepped on even for a quick second, so I would just prefer to keep them clean for the Summer. My other shoes get stepped on, but it'll take more than just 1 step to be noticed. Hate to see these get dirty after 1 step. I can only imagine after a few

I don't know how people can get mad about their shoes getting dirty while playing ball. I rarely balled in shoes that I liked. I wore a few rare shoes for a half back in high school. Used to have the opponents staring at my shoes during games

Because we want to see how they perform? Not gonna buy a pair I don't like to ball in them. A shoe isn't gonna get dirty after only 1 use.

Yeah, I was hoping the PJ Tucker's would come out as well instead of what we have with the Showtimes (I'm also a Lakers fan).  I know most people hated the volt on those, but I dug it, especially with the purple laces.  Hopefully the Precisions get a release date soon.

Also wanted to note that I finally got my hands on my Details after being away for work this past week.  Really like 'em, but I kinda like my Perspectives more, mind you I only use the KBIXs for indoor hoops at the moment.  They definitely toughend up the laces on the Details which is a good thing.  I always feel like I'm going to rip the laces on my Perspectives when I lace up for ball, so I make sure to be careful when tightening, tying, and what not.

Retiring my Kung Fu's after 1 day of basketball. Kid stepped on them with dirty kicks & mesh got dirty. No clue how to clean it, I'll look it up, but I'm going back to my Inspiration's lol.
I personally like them better than the 8 tho. Traction on the 9's are pure beast. Best traction I've had on shoes since probably the 2008 Hyperdunk (not counting the Kobe 8 since it's release was just last year)

get another pair
