If those are the same PE's he wore the other night, then that means he's rotated the same like 3 or 4 pairs in 11 games. I'm not complaining, but it would be nice if he wore some of the GR pairs.

We saw Kobe wear a lot of the GR stuff pre-season - most of the highs, a lot of the lows. Maybe some of the recent releases just don't work with the Lakers uniform.

Yeah, the EXTs are more of a lifestyle version of the performance pairs. Usually less padding around the ankles and built slightly differently. You could still hoop in them if you really want to, but I doubt you'll ever see Kobe in a pair on court.

The Elite 9 is a shoe that won't be appreciated until a couple years from now IMO. 10 years down the road when everyone looks back at their Kobe collections they'll be either the one pair that stands out or the obvious hole in folks collections.

Agreed, wore my MP's for ball last year and they are still in great shape.  Had to shelve them so they could stay in good condition.  Definitely will be a shoe I look at in a couple years and still appreciate.  Just like how I am with my Dark Knight V and my Carpe Diem IV

I love mine as well. Elite 9 is my favorite Kobe. The best numbered Kobe as a whole is still the 8 IMO though.
