I saw those same 2007 Black Ones and the Royals BOTH at VIM on Jamaica ave back in 2007.

The Royals yeah those weren't on sale, but the Blackouts was on sale for $120.
 
Not at the same time, but I saw the Royals a little while after release like 2 weeks after.

The Blackouts I saw those like a month and half after... maybe more... and on sale too.

That's why you always hear people saying that they would have bought out the stock and flipped them because now they're G money.

I wish I would have took a pic...

If that thread is still alive somewhere on here go look through it and you'll see that they hit the sales racks and I think outlets, but not sure about the outlets.

every foam thread has people mentioning how foams went on sale, they were at outlets, thrift stores and salvation army, etc.

so what.

on a side note, im looking forward to these. long live the black sole!
 
I've failed on the stealth... Tried on my phone... And the gym green believe it or not but I was at my old job on their ridiculously slow wifi

I got mine in summer 08 (actually from PG plaza, but that mall moves shoes like none other) for $159. Only a few out of the norm sizes left.
 
I doubt these are releasing, he set a tentative release date for someday in december and we are 5 months away with no samples

Maybe im just impatient maybe im just to used to jordan brand having sample pics like a year before release, who knows
 
So is there a difference between the stealths that released last year and the anthracites besides the outsole? I know the anthracites are completely blacked out also so doesn't that mean that these should be called the anthracites because the entire shoe is blacked out?

The stealths that released last year Had grey lines on the heel and toe pull tab, and the line under the laces. The swoosh is black tho.

The black sole is much cleaner, I would love a pair of OG black sole stealths. never have to worry about yellowing, I would beat them mercilessly because they would look DS with minimal cleaning. Foams are tanks other than the god damn yellow soles. I guarantee that's why they put clear soles on them. Because if they put not trans soles you wouldn't need to buy new ones for like 10+ years lol
 
I saw someone on IG just RIT dye their Stealths outsole in black. It looked nice...

For those of yall who havent seen...

It seems these have recieved the premium tag and that means retail will be 250+, also for those who cant read spanish these are under the category of "Without Confirmed Date"
 
The stealth's that released a few months ago had a clear sole, and these have a smokey sole. Is that the only difference between them? Also, why do you think Nike would release both shoes relatively close to one another?

Well, to answer half of your question...I think Nike is feeding off of the hype surrounding it's other all black releases this year. The Black Grapes seemed to be a hit, and now people are anticipating Black Laneys, Black Cardinal 7s, Blackout 5s, Black Cat 4s, and the (almost) all black XI's releasing this holiday season. So I think these all black Foams would fit right into the trend. That's just my opinion

No, the ones released last year had a smokey sole and these are just a straight black sole.
