Yo I'm only on season 2 episode 5... my sisters and me had a system of watching going, but they finished it without me, and I HATE watching series by myself.

Working the early shift today so I'm headed home immediately after work to either finish season 1 or at least 3/4 of it while indulging in leftover chinese food. Summertime is the perfect time to watch shows like this because there is absolutely nothing on tv at all.

That is disrespectful though. If you like the character that much, you can take the 30 secs to google her and learn her real name. Gabourey Sidibe will always be called Precious and isn't a compliment. It is a respect thing at the end of the day.

Yeah I can see that, me and my boy who noticed werent even trying to be rude, it was just a shock. Like we were talking about OITNB on the train to Brooklyn, and then you see one of the people from the shows, its more a shock thing. She was being brought into the party we were at through the back on some VIP Steeze and we were leaving. We felt her stone face and let her be, but I honestly wanted a pic.
Any other situation I would have approached it differently, tell her I'm a fan of the show and approached calmly rather than go "OH SNAP ITS TAYSTEE"

Nah, that's the second person just in this forum who's said that. This is either one of her first if not her very first gigs and a new season of the show JUST came out. No reason to be off-putting towards fans who are being enthusiastic and showing you love. Kinda lame honestly.
Anyway, for anyone who cares, they're currently filming new scenes for Season 3 a couple blocks from me. I also noticed they filmed some of young Rosa's and then the runner chick's robbery scenes up the block from me.
