Same here but I was still able to buy the phone. Well I bought mine in full thats why

it says i can still purchase with the upgrade prgram but i dont want to risk at&t ******* with my plan

I did through my-tmobile after I logged into my account, go to the "phone" tab and select your phone and then hit upgrade.

Damn, it's giving me a number to call into. It won't let me upgrade

I know what you're talking about, it's saying the upgrade is unavailable for you right? It said that at first, I refreshed a few times, and it worked. Make sure you're picking your line with the iPhone to upgrade.

I can't get through to a T-Mobile rep at all. Sucks they won't let the jump on demand people upgrade online. I'm in Korea right now so going to a store is impossible.

Got through Verizon got a matte 7+128gig ... Says delivery 9/23 [emoji]128530[/emoji] I'll call tomorrow and make sure I have it on release.

Also got charged $20 upgrade fee which should of been waived

same it stated it would waive the fee but i got hit with it too.

Yeah, looks like I won't be able to order today through Verizon SMDH. I could've got it through the apple app, but it dawned to me, I'm taking out a loan for a phone.. I'll just wait until Verizon's site is up and I can do the payment plan on top of my bill.
