I was following an auction earlier with the same phone (sealed gold unlocked 64gb 5s) and it ended for $680. 

if mine sells for that, I'd clear about $600 flat after ebay/paypal fees

put that towards my 128gb 6 which is about $950 with tax

leaves $350 to own the phone outright

I already put down $200 plus tax (about $300 total) to pre order, so that would leave a $50 balance to own the 6 outright

Then I unlock my 6 after 40 days and it becomes a solid $1000 value at the very least.
 
Man some of these comments are making me regret getting the regular 6.........


Is there a restocking fee if I return the phone to sprint?
 
is the preorder still open cause im on apple and its saying that if i order ill get it on the 19th
 
does anyone who is doing in store pickup know how it works? like do they email u the day before with a pickup time or do they email u same day just to tell you to pickup?
 
Going to best buy on release date... Got $50 GC from them plus I can trade in my old 4 or my girls old 4S.... Could potentially only pay 150-200 for 64g

Im starting to get a little worried. I ordered off att at 12pm last night and everything went through fine

but today i got like 5 confirmation emails and 4 texts saying that my order was processed. then I get a call from my credit card company about suspicious activity on my account. looks like att charged my card 5 times. 4 of the charges were for $0 and 1 was for the actual cost of the phone. cc company to watch my account to make sure I dont get charged again, otherwise they may freeze my account because they said this shouldnt be happening.

I can only assume that the high volume of orders is messing with their system or something.
 
Went to Bestbuy today and they were not taking preorders for the 6+. Asked if they were going to get some on release date and the supervisor said that she did not know. She said that Apple last minute took all the 6+ inventory that bestbuy was suppose to receive.
 
Apple plotting and scheming... 6 Plus already got, bigger screen, better resolution, better camera, and better battery over the 6 off top!!!!! I'm debating between 6 or 6 plus now
 
camera is barely better, its same thing minus w/e the digital thing was.

only reason im going for the plus is because im paying full price so might as well pay $100 more for the phone thats barely better if that. Plus i feel like with the 4.7 in no time is gonna feel small to me then im gonna regret not getting the 5.5

otherwise IMO you cant go wrong buying the 4.7
 
I sure hope Apple included separate toggles for orientation when it comes to the home screen vs. apps and what not.

I don't think I'll ever wanna have my home screen rotate.. But I will want my apps.... Safari.. Youtube.. etc. without having to toggle it on/off every time.




6 Plus was a no brainer.
Did the Sprint easy pay ( lease version) since I'll be paying full price........ and I'll still have my upgrade available for next years model.
 
Glad apple has dropped a bigger phone. I stopped upgrading with the 4. Last year I went and got the Note 3. Way too many damn features I can or will use. Will going back to Apple once im upgradeable.

So you are asking people who go to shoe raffles , have 100 plus pairs of shoes in their closet (65 pairs dead stock) , have Bots on their computers, use add to cart and RSVP services why they need a hyped phone on the first day it comes out? :lol:

With that said mine will be delivered on the 19th.

I'm not sure about all the carriers that do a trade in but I know they do it for AT&T. I traded in my 3GS for like $50 and got the $50 instant GC for my 5. Plan on doing the same for the 6+ Best Buy has a trade in calculator on their site, that should help
