entry level luxury cars.... EDIT: I DO NOT want one. just want people's opinion.

I just don't understand why people just don't buy nicely optioned regular mid-sized sedans and coupes.

Like I gotta co-worker that just bought a new Accord couple V6. That car is nice as hell and fast, like what are you really getting in a g35 coupe over that.

Those aren't cheap though. IMO better to stack chips than spend extra on a fully loaded mid size.

Both fully loaded mid size and entry level luxury seem like wastes of money. Neither is worth the cost.

I have no shame in pushing my stock 4 cylinder Altima coupe with no leather. I'll wait till I can afford something like the A5 before I get an A3/328/c250

Depends on how long your regular commute is. I drive well over an hour each way to work, I want a comfortable ride, you may not need to be comfortable. Entry level luxury isn't "worth" the cost because part of what you are paying for is the badge.

I sit in LA traffic every work day. My car is plenty comfortable without leather.

Cool, like I always say on these topics, you do you and I'm a do me. Your car may be comfortable and have good cloth seats but a lot of cheap cloth seats are uncomfortable to me.

Word.

I just know folks who splurge on options they don't really need or can afford bc they think they're doing it.

I will never knock someone's car choice unless they're trying to stunt in a 6 year old entry level luxury car lol

I thought this thread implied that the d bags who drove these cars were tryin to stunt like they really doin it
not really.. but kinda... just wanted to see people's perspective on here as opposed to outside..

outside of NT, people are really chill on them. they arent as critical as people on here.

me personally.... i didnt make the thread for people's approval. if you quote the OP, you'll see it....

if anything entry level, i'd cop that entry level mazzi or a jaguar... but that's about it..

i drive an impala, and doing just fine with that....

I'd rather have a 2014 Accord Sedan than an entry level C-Class or 3 series. Doesn't make sense to get less car for the same price. But most people that buy entry level cars seem naive and don't know much except the brand.

leased my first two cars had an audi a4 and then the 328 coupe, both entry level and was very happy

i could have gotten a hemi or a v8 car but at that time gas was consistently rising and i had to cut back somewhere and i did what i thought was best for me ended up saving some money and bought a gold rolex

things worked out well to say the least

but i dont see anything wrong with entry level cars - going to sell my rolex soon for a 5k profit :smokin cause i rather have the cash and make some better investments

almost needed a new car for work and i was looking at getting a used corolla or camry cause at this point i jsut dont care about cars and have other priorities

LOL at Ninjahood saying his CDPs are worth more than that guys car

Can't wait for the next thread of post your bedroom, everyone going to take shots at Ninjahood and he's going to give you 500 reasons why he's in a better situation than everyone else

Nah I'm good on em. Know a cat that spent his life savings, straight cash on a 335i and just shook my head.

I learned that lesson now but I wouldn't even go for a 2014 car I'd go for a used Corolla or Camry and be perfectly happy

Most in this thread are too young to understand that the value of a man isn't measured by what he's driving, but by the drive of the man behind the wheel.

When you're focusing on the car you drive more so than your financial obligations and responsibilities, then you are not doing well in life.

Likewise, when your critiquing a man based on what he drives without knowing his personal conditions, you are also in the wrong.

An entry level luxury car can either mean a person just blew his life savings for a car that will depreciate every second its off the lot - or it can simply mean that this car is exactly what its suppose to be . A less "luxurious" version of higher end cars - although it sounds stupid to pay so much for a car "half" as good as what its superiors are - understand that sometimes a person needs that sort of validation that he/she is at least well on his way to success.

The word entry not only means the entry into luxury car prices, but also - an entry to higher financial earning potential.

Of course - those who reverse this equation - who reduce their earning potential or don't attempt to increase it - while purchasing a step up in the automobile retail market - thats where this idea is a dangerous failure of our society.

Love seeing all the people in the MPD renting Lambos and Rari's to try and scoop some girls for the night

Multi Billionaire David Tepper, dude has 4 billion, drove the same Mazda Purple Minivan for over 10 years. Some people just don't care.

You mean like a '77 Caprice, with the tvs in the trunk, and the chrome grill & woman? Not bad :pimp:

I've got a fully loaded C350? do y'all consider that a entry level? serious question.

Car threads bring the lulz. My question is why do they always make them look so much different than the rest of the cars? The 1 Series looks nothing like the rest of them, the ILX looks nothing like the rest of them etc. Why is it like that?

For the Germans, mainly cause the entry level ( eg 1 and 2 series [coming soon will look more like the lineup], or A3's) are hatchbacks, while the rest of the line up, are not.

How you gonna say CDP's are worth more than his whip when you constantly roll with the "best bang for your buck" steez.

Shoes vs car...shoes vs car. That makes no sense.

The 235 will look like the current generation 135.

It should be a VERY fun car to drive with 50-50 weight distribution, a 3.5 litre and a lot less weight than a 435.
It's basically a smaller 435.
