Sneaker blogs been influencing kick's names forever. Even if the shoe turned out to have a differet name, the masses already put a slight name to a shoe cause of these blogs.

They have influenced nicknames, not comparing to actual models. These have nothing to do with Roshe Run, and once again should not be compared to them in anyway performance wise.

Exactly...

There were pictures leaked, someone wanted to start a rumor that they were a Roshe Basketball shoe...someone else perpetuated the horrendous rumor and unfortunately it caught on...

Roshe isn't even a performance shoe...it is an NSW shoe...

The Hyper Rev is the newest Nike Basketball performance style...

..

Ironically enough...there will be "Celtics" and "Warriors" colorways releasing...

But thats exactly my point for this pointless argument.

The rumor started and spread, thats why people are having connotations to Roshe Runs with these. They probably think they will be as comfy as Roshe Runs, but obviously a basketball performance version of the shoe.

People like that have NO idea what they're talking about, and that's why I'm saying it's dumb to call them that and compare them in any way...

At least someone understands.

I think the idea for this shoe is great but the sole could use a serious overhaul m. It would be nice to have a shank plate for bone ... But it just looks rushed...it could definitely be a bit more sculpted. I know I still have not seen in person but that sole just look treacherous to me if used for basketball purposes. Again maybe it's different in person but hoping I can see it around somewhere.

Also... Most modern bball shoes have some support piece that moves up from the outrigger that keeps the foot in place when making sudden lateral movements... Some to a greater degree ala the xx3, others to a lesser something like the kobe 8... This has nothing on and uses a very pliable material up top. Just looks like an absolute recipe for disaster if used by a player with any kind of explosive type speed .

I think the lack of a strong midfoot shank along with that weird no outrigger outsole can definitely prove to be a problem for some players. The fit looks so weird too, but probably is better than I imagine. I'm on the lookout for these on store I really want to see them and get a feel before I ordered

Well I just ordered a pair off eBay because I couldn't wait for the back order. They should be here by fri and I got a game on fri. I will let you know how they feel. I am a very quick smaller player that runs and cuts at full speed so I will def let you guys know

I'm definitely concerned over the lateral stability. But my first shoes with dynamic flywire were really good. The ankle collar I know is just that, a collar so I'm not hoping for a ton of ankle support. But these are so intriguing to me.

I get what you mean fam,  thats all opinion youre giving me though. Fact is, people made connotations through blogs first calling them the Roshe Bball.

Thats all.

Anyways, once a more popping color comes out, ill try em out. My 2012 HD's need to go, I rolled my ankle in them countless times already.

Fact is, people are wrong. That's not an opinion...

I like the look of these but I think if you tried to ball in them, you'd be entering a world of pain. Anybody ever tried running or walking in roshe's? Enough said.

Roshe's are terrible to run in, I dont even like wearing them for more than a few hours.

That being said, im sure these are completely different.

i thought majority of people said Roshes were the most comfortable shoes ever made tho?

Man I need these for cheap. Bout to start balling at my school and my 2013 hyperfuse are trash.
