This..these dudes on here man, talk about spoon feed. Of course what Dame said is right, just more
harsh and to the overall point.Dr. Boyce said the exact same thing but more precise for the insecure
individuals unaware of what they need to be aiming for inthe future. That F U money!

A white dude go up there and say the same **** Dame said...enunciate it differently...and ****** will be like "you know what this guy has some good points".

I'm white and Dame's interview came correct for me. Didn't agree with some parts (thats just Dame's personality tho), but the overall message was good.

I'm sure you did...but I was referring to how alot of blacks tend to discredit information that comes from their own people...but value the same information from someone else.

It happens all the time.

I feel you. For me personally, I take it as knowledge is knowledge. Don't matter race or level of education. Everyone has an opinion and a wealth of information thru life experiences.

This happens with different generations too, maybe not to the same extent. Older people dropping knowledge, but it doesn't click till young heads hear it from their peers.

"He doesn't respect men with jobs is just a cover up for him trynna keep black men doing illegal things". Please spare me the if he was white talk. Fact of the matter is the good he said and what many others have been saying is understood. People just wanna o that's just dame it's cool, its military style, like ***** no he's misinforming people. Telling people saving money is for suckas and put all your profit into your next situation is exactly how u end up with foreclosures and repos. I was far from offended but I'm more worried about my younger people out here who took the whole thing as "knowledge". These ****** will never work a job and think they can front cash for their ideas some kind of way that he never explained.
 
One thing I'll say about this Dame interview; the backlash has revealed who a lot of the small-minded dudes are.

He was giving an OVERVIEW of a way of thinking or philosophy that should be prolific in the black community: OWN YOUR OWN, CIRCULATE MONEY WITH YOUR OWN, but dudes are mad because he didn't lay out a personal plan that each man can follow like a step by step guide. NO ONE is going to do that for you or anyone. :lol:

Are y'all mad at Malcolm X? He said the same **** back in the 60's but y'all still haven't picked that book up and read it. I guess when White Jesus taps you on the shoulder, you'll be ready. :lol:

I'm just now getting around to the Dr. Watkins interview.

They tried SO HARD to get him to throw Dame under the bus and he wouldn't do it
