I've spent a lot of time in the south, way too much actually.
From what I've seen the streets love Jeezy and he loves them back. Then you should know better.I've spent a lot of time in the south, way too much actually.

From a purely RAPPING standpoint, meaning flow, content, versatility, etc., I'd be hard-pressed to name a better Southern rapper than either of these fellas.......
But K.R.I.T. is definitely appreciated and is up there amongst the greats. Dude's producing ability alone dwarfs the careers of a gang of rappers, Southern or not.
I've spent a lot of time in the south, way too much actually. Its all opinionated and I didnt expect anyone to agree, but if I gotta ride out with a southern rapper for the rest of my days its gonna be the Snowman
if an artist doesn't get play in NYC then it's and he's not great.. and this stuff is wack as heck... i know the audience this music is for... the states like virginia, paul rosenberg and all those hip hop doctors up top signing dudes that put stuff like karoake lettuce and cucumber in their rhymes

As much as I like KRIT there's no way he'll be the GOAT Southern rapper. I could name five that have a better chance than him.
i think KRIT is the best from the south out right now. I think he's better than Cole (no one else count), but he's nowhere near GOAT imo.
i also think Killer Mike should be top 5 before TIP and Luda.
Humbled
man listen. his flow sucks. as a fan you should notice that he sounds like Kanye West and ain't nobody playing no country album. what type of mind-frame are you in to listen to this CRAP!
