Halo 5 probably won't be until next year. This year is pretty much confirmed to be halo 2 anniversary.

I honestly want them to add NOTHING gameplay related, it really is that simple of a process. Button glitches and super bounces are out, but thats it. I dont want more maps, I dont want forge, I dont want anything.

I would like a working theater mode though, it made no sense that Halo 3 had theater where 4 people could join a lobby to Halo 4s version where only one guy could watch film.

man, ya'll swear by Halo 2, but heres the thing, you're not the same person you were when that game came out.  You're not gonna have the same amount of time you put in to your gaming.  I guarantee a lot of you will be disappointed with the anniversary edition.  I'm not saying the game is gonna suck, but the hype you're giving it was when you were young and playing with your boys for hours and hours.

Its called nostalgia.  it was a right time, right place sorta thing for gamers.

^ Agreed. Some of these guys are gonna be highly disappointed, unless you "live at home in your parents' basement" with no job and responsibilities. Between work and family I probably game 1-2 hours per weekday. If I'm not doing family activities on the weekend then I can get in some good hours but that's about it.

Not with this game, at least not for me. I still play Halo 3 on regular basis and that games seven years old. I dont really think the nostalgia factor applies to multiplayer centric games either. The fun lies in playing online and playing well, and I can do that regardless of how old the game is. I do remember all the things I dont like about H2, and its mainly the maps so I'm already prepared for that.

I defintely dont have a ton of time to game anymore, and wont be pulling 8 hour sessions but in terms of the quality of gameplay I doubt they can miss the mark, if they just stick to not changing anything.

Got COD Ghosts in yesterday and played a couple of games.

I'm not lying when I say this...

It's probably the worst COD game in the franchise... worst than MW3

You die so quickly and everyone is camping and crouch walking because of that and they're afraid to run around.

That castle map is possibly the worst map ever in COD... almost all of the maps suck in Ghosts except for the close quarter ones and that's far and few between.

What a waste of $32.18

I've never disliked a COD this much as I have Ghosts.

Hopefully this years installment is better.

I'm not tryna rain on anyone's parade though, Halo 2 is one of the GOAT.

Yep, I just want a competitive halo game to play again. After 3, they have all strayed to far the formula that made halo successful, imo (tho I did like reach). But, I am much more excited for destiny / the next fallout.
