It was working fine the first day I set it up but then last night I went to play and it kept saying it was unplugged, plugged it back in, followed all the trouble shooting advice and nothing. Called them up and they said that some people were having the same issue. Once they send me the replacement I'll send in the faulty kinect. Sucks cause I did a factory reset and I'm pretty sure I lost MC on NBA2K14... I was almost at the All-Star game with my player as the 6th man was killing the league

I thought games saved to the cloud..

I'm not sure how it works but I don't have internet... I just used my phone to download the update and blu-ray app.

I think you can barely customize. Press Y I think. Not much customization.. They had to cut corners to get it to release on time :x that's just the name of the game when a new console launches with a deadline.

I shouldnt hurt your Xbox. Just have a timer set on your tv.

I usually do the TV timer just was iffy on leaving the xbox on overnight

It's a 500$ electronic bruh...is not porcelain...

Anyways when the TV is running and not an actual game I'm sure the workload of the xbox is not the same....I always touch the XBox to see if it's overheating and it's good so far

my boy and I can play together but when my other buddy jumps on we cant join any lobbies or anything. it just keeps disconnecting.

I keep pressing UP UP DOWN DOWN LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIGHT B A B A SELECT START but nothing happens.

Like I think you can only return one item every 6 months or something like that and they take your ID to keep track of doing so.

I was planning to return some left over preripherals and controllers for my 360 so I could get back the most money possible.

this was the first time I ever tried to do an exchange so it definitely wasn't a situation where I went over a limit. lady didn't even look me up or anything. I told her my mom got it for me thinking I had a ps4 and I just wanted to swap for a xb1 version. she just said I need a receipt. game is still in the plastic and brand new.

it could have been a black Friday weekend thing but im just saying to exercise caution or to temper expectations. I found it odd because people return the most items without receipts during this time of year.
