good to know! i bought a camo joggers i usually wear 30-31 on jeans and went for 30 on these.. should i size down to 28 too? are they supposed to be slim?

They are very slim. Almost skinny. The taper starts from the knee onwards and it is quite a severe taper. I have chicken asian legs and sizing down to 28 fits me just fine. Wouldn't recommend it if you have thicker legs.I don't have a pair of Zanerobes but from what i've read it sounds like they fit the same. Cotton On's from Australia too coincidentally.
 
If I wear 30x32 in Levi's (would be a perfect fit for me if they sold 30x31), would I be good to go with size 32 for Zanerobes assuming that they shrink after washes? I'm 5'8, 150ish.

i also wear the same sz as you in Levis, got the dynamos today in a sz 30 and they fit fit great.  Idk about them shrinking since i just got them in today

Same here. I bought both pairs and used that discount with free shipping. And It got here faster than expected. I'm kind of impressed.
