IE/LA NT Photography Meet-Up

Anyone in the IE/LA area down to go shooting (Photography) ? I myself am new to the photography world and have so much to learn. I always see great shots by a lot of people. I'm sure there are some NTers who are also fresh into the photography world, who would love to learn from the more experienced. I know i would like to learn a few things. I was thinking we could set something up maybe during a weekend, doesn't have to be an all day thing. Maybe for a few hours, we can go somewhere within the IE/LA area and go exchange what we know with other fellow NTers.

We can turn it into a "Photography Summit" & prob grab a bit to eat/drinks (those who are of age). also gives us a chance to meet other NTers and like i said exchange tips and tricks on what we know.

Of course, it doesnt matter if you have a P&S or a iPhone. We're there to learn.

for day shooting i would say around 11am - whenever we feel like it 

for night/evening shooting - 6ish - whenever we decide to stop and go grab drinks/food.

again we can turn it into an all day thing or just for a few hours.

I'm down, but I'm almost certain I can't make it at 11 am... I would be more inclined to something later, like after 4/5 pm... I'll check back later...

Location wise, Im down for any of those mentioned, except for Griffith Park. Not sure how much shooting we could do there...

This weekend is a bust for me too. Got too many things going on.

Are there any places to shoot around in the IE, outside of the cows, so we can stay local? LOL

I was thinking of postponing it to the weekend of the 26th. Some things came up last min so this gives everyone, including myself. Lets set the date for Saturday October 26th.

FourDoor: im trying to find places in the IE other than the cows but im not too sure. Most of the good places are in the LA area  

Lets get a list of people so we know how many of us are attending.

yeah you're correct. 

what dates do you think would be good ? it most likely has to be on a weekend because mostly everyone works during the weekday
