Lebron is an overrated on ball defender.

For as much as you troll LeBron stans, this is actually an on point critique imo. I'm actually kind of impressed.

He's better off the ball because his instincts, athleticism, and overall IQ make him a nightmare playing passing lanes.

He's not even an overrated on ball defender. He's mostly praised for his all around defensive ability. His impact on defense is huge & makes Miami a threat on that end. This season he has been good on D but not at the elite level he was the previous 4 seasons.

Exactly. Gerald really excels in the uptempo type of system PHX runs, and he has a lot more liberty on the offensive side of the court than any coach has ever given him.

I really hope the Suns make it, i really enjoy watching that team play. I'm still upset the Rockets didn't decide to keep Goran.

Suns have anyone's pick in this years draft?

They get Minny's 1st rounder but it's 1-13 protected, Washington's 1st round which is 1-12 protected, and Indy's first round 1-14 protected

Does this mean that had those teams been lottery teams, Phoenix wouldn't get the pick? Would they get something else in return?

Pick protection means if that pick ends up falling under the protection, it stays with that team. So if Minny's pick ends up 1-13, it stays with Minny. And then Minny has to give their 2015 pick (which is like 1-12 protected) to Phoenix. If Phoenix still hasn't received a Minny pick by 2016, then they get 2 2nd round picks. The length of protection is up to the team's in the trade.

Nice explanation, Big J. Repped.

Wait so the Suns have potentially 4 1st round picks in the draft?

So they're going to get the Wizards, and Pacers pick then correct?

Minny will keep theirs because it will be protected unless they somehow get the 14th pick.

How valuable are that many mid-round picks in the NBA anyway? Not very IMO. You end up hoping you can get one rotation player or maybe a starter if you're super lucky.

""Guys like Josh Gordon need to stay in his sport and mind his own business. Does he still play for the Browns? I’ll continue to root for the Browns, but in terms of this stuff here, what goes on in this locker room, he needs to stay out of it.""

I was gonna ask what you thought about that Windhorst article, but...

All Kyrie has to do is shut them up and just say he's gonna sign the extension, but until he does that he will get heat.

Kyrie is very soft and sensitive. Gordon was wrong with calling him out a little bit, but both guys are just being immature idiots.
