Their in 2 different places in their career. As far as their individual game John is right there with CP3 minus the shooting. What's expected wins wise is different. If the Wizards make it to the 2nd round that's a good season for us. CP3 and the Clippers have different expectations. 2nd round loss would be a failure. Paul has never been past the 2nd round, so if they lose Wall would have gone as far as Paul has in 3 seasons as opposed to Paul's 9 years in the league. lawdog1 lawdog1 I'll give you Paul has more pressure on him than Wall does though.

I don't disagree with anything you said in that post, but you kind of changed the question. The best PG is the best PG. If you can't call Chris Paul the best PG because he hasn't won enough in the playoffs, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me to turn around and say John Wall, who's never been to the playoffs, is just as good as Paul. I prefer to judge who's the best player at a position using objective criteria that apply now; not using some kind of sliding scale that takes into account player's years in the league, etc. That's just me though.

What's with the CP3 slander in here?

That is headache inducing. Should be an immediately ban-able offense to type like that. Some for not using any punctuation at all. A 10 line single-sentence, with no commas, is not a good look.

So Paul has the highest PER, second highest true shooting percentage, highest rebound rate, highest assist rate, lowest turnover rate, highest free throw rate, highest steals rate, highest offensive rating and second highest win shares going for him between himself, Curry, Parker and Wall (I would normally throw in Westbrook, but he's missed a lot of games this year).

Yeah.

Yeah.

I can't disagree with those numbers. I will contend that Walls a better defender. Leads league in blocks for PG and 4th in steals (Paul 2nd) better on ball D. Appreciate the knowledge.

lawdog1 lawdog1 I see your point. Your correct.

Once again, you don't take current Tony Parker over John Wall

Shouldn't even be an argument about CP3 at this point, dude has like 3 turnovers the last 5 games.

Like I always say, he's the 3rd best player in the league behind Bron and KD. Amazing that folks thought he and Felton were 1a 1b coming out of college.

 at the Bobcats waiting until the deadline was over to waive Ben Gordon. He must've been a real headache for them to pull that.

Now he's not eligible for the playoffs if he were to sign with a team.

I can't believe the Clippers got Big Baby AND Granger. Seems like every player that ever gets released anymore is linked to them.
