I think the D-League is going to become more of a viable option for high profile prospects. I can see a lot of dudes wanting to go to school for the experience one year and then bouncing to the d-league or overseas.

That can definitely be an option, or just going straight there and avoiding college all together.

Like I've been saying, 2 and through only benefits big time colleges who can make more money off of star high school recruits by making them stay minimum two years. Nothing says that true NBA Prospects will get better by playing against COLLEGE competition. Makes no sense.

Quick history lesson:

Elton Brand once averaged 25.4 ppt on 55% shooting with 10.3 rpg and 2.6 bpg for the Clips in 13 playoff games. :x

That year, the Clips beat the Nuggets (roster of Melo, Kenyon, Dre Miller, Marcus Camby, Earl Boykins, Reggie Evans, Francisco Elson, Linas Kleiza, Ruben Patterson, Najera)

And lost to the Suns (Nash, Tim Thomas, Matrix, Dirty Barbosa, Raja Bell, Boris Diaw).

Clips roster consisted of Brand, Cat Mobley, Cassell, Maggette, Kaman, Vlad Rad, Q Ross, Shaun Livingston.
