They are all fun and games, acting like this aint even a story. Are they really not aware or are they just choosing not to talk about it. Smh
@MagicJohnson: TMZ reported this morning that Clippers owner Donald Sterling doesn't want me or other African-Americans to come to Clippers games.

@MagicJohnson: and I will never go to a Clippers game again as long as Donald Sterling is the owner.

@MagicJohnson: I feel sorry for my friends Coach Doc Rivers and Chris Paul that they have to work for a man that feels that way about African Americans.
That's my PG. :smokin

One of the few times I'll co-sign anything said by Chris Broussard. That was real.

Can't even be mad at him.

Just goes to show again that wealth doesn't give you sense. Dude has the nerve to racist while owning a team in the most predominately black sport. How don't want black people at your game when there are mostly black people on the court.

Son is living in 1960, he only ******* with black folks who run and jump wearing his colors.

I hope the players/rest of the organization makes a stand here.

He's not gonna keep this team. The rest of the owners and league will see to it. Just because your a owner doesn't mean you can do as you please. Good luck to them getting free agents or getting them to resign. Smh what a mess this punk Sterling has made.

screw all this boycott talk, clippers need to win a championship and not let sterling on the podium

just have big baby box him out the entire time

"first of all, you play down to the level of your competition"

Frobe rolling over in his grave right now

Racism never makes logical sense man.  There's always some bizarre hypocrisy involved, by its nature.

i mean what can anyone really do? "shame on your donald sterling. stop feeling that way"

you gonna fine him? you gonna suspend him? what does that really accomplish?

you gonna take away his team? that won't happen

you're gonna bully a guy like him to not have those racist sentiments? that **** is ingrained and ain't going anywhere
So you're saying....  do nothing?  why bother?

Making a statement is important in and of itself.
no. i'm not saying do nothing. whatever will be done will be to serve the public rather than curb the thoughts of the subject in hand

any attempt to curb his sentiments will only fall flat on his ears. you can't force him to stop feeling that way just because you don't agree with it

it's ****** up that his feelings have led to discrimination in his real estate business. that's illegal. and he still got away with it

i don't know i just don't place too much faith on the legal system and see social pressure as not really solving the situation, but rather disguising it. like a bandaid

racists are everywhere and they'll continue to be. telling those kinds of people that it's not socially acceptable to have those feelings will only put them in hiding. they'll still continue to be racists. you can't legislate those kinds of sentiments

if people want to make a change, just don't support it. don't go the games, don't buy the product, don't view the games on tv, etc, which will make the networks lose money, which will make them reconsider doing business with these franchise owners, which will hurt them economically and so on
