We have a staff forum. We discuss potentials in there.

This conversation would never, ever happen, but here's an example:

staff member1: What do you guys think about CertifiedFlyBoi?
staff member2: Solid. Have you talked to him yet, see if he's interested?
1: Nope. Just seeing what you guys thought.
3: Just chiming in. He's mostly in S&T, right? He's an excellent poster. Always helps calm things down, always responds well when I try to calm things down myself. I see him in other forums helping people out, too.
1: So we're good then? I'll see if he's interested.

Like that.

Except, like I said, that conversation would never happen.

I'm not a mod just because homie; I've actually assisted HUNDREDS of members with buying and selling their personal items here on NT - and I still do so. When you're able to help prevent and recover thousands of dollars in potential scams, and help mediate between buyers and sellers via the classified section - than I feel privileged to be a mod.

It's not about personal sport-related opinions or topics, it's about assisting our members and community.

I don't bother anyone anyways, some people are just bitter or mad at me. And some people just hate that I'm from Cleveland, for whatever reason.

But I ain't mad though. I've been here for 10+ years (since I was 14 years old) - and I aint going anywhere anytime soon. So get used to me.

BigJ would actually get my vote for being a mod...I like him too.
