I said last night it was the same injury Westbrook had. Called it.
He shouldn't be out too long, at most two months. It's Derrick Rose tho, so 2 months might mean 6 months.
But will he be mentally ready?I said last night it was the same injury Westbrook had. Called it.

2months to heal. Another 4 to help his new meniscus get its memory back.

Couple ways to deal with a meniscus tear. Take it out, you return faster but can shorten your career. Reattach it, miss maybe 4-6 months.

Meniscus tears aren't career enders, as Chris Paul and Russell Westbrook have demonstrated. I'm not sure of the precedent of a torn acl on 1 side and torn meniscus on the other though.
Derrick Rose bout to transform into Andre Miller on the court.
Chris Paul had his removed. Westbrook had his repaired. DRose's is medial which is less serious than lateral so that's good at least
Yes, cutting to the rim without the ball. looked like it may have happened when he reached to catch the passWas it a non contact injury that drose suffered last night?
