That's why I'm not 100% sold on his ascension to offensive "superstardom" yetPaul George is playing on the perimeter too much. That is, he's playing with the ball on perimeter too much. Agains a team like Miami that's not going to get you buckets, especially being guarded by Lebron.
What they need to do is get PG the ball in a "kill zone" space. 17-15 feet where he doesn't need a screen to score or be effective.
larry legend was saying that too during his contract extension press conf. dude can easily get to the paint and draw fouls. he has a nice shot, but you cant fall in love with the three ball.
He's averaging 25ppg but with not even 6 FTAs. Basically his increase in ppg is solely due to him shooting at an unsustainable rate from midrange. A true offensive superstar should be getting 8-10 FT attempts per night
Durant let him know tooLebron is basically making a statement to Paul George that he's long way to go to be the MVP
