I like it that they admit when mistakes were made instead of just leaving it be. Nothing can be changed about it, and it should have been called right the first time, but this is the best that they can do and I'm for them doing it.

people can forget blown calls after a few days but to bring it up and basically say 'yeah, the outcome of the game could have been changed, welp this one is on us, fans' doesnt really help. they should just let it be imo

The NBA issues a statement that Minnesota's Kevin Love was fouled on arm, should've been awarded two free throws at end of loss to Dallas.

i don't get this. Like whats the point of issuing the statement?

To make it clear that the NBA isnt blind and is aware that an error was made. What follows public acknoweldgement will be trianing opportunities for the reps. Sweeping it under the rug like nothing happened is the worst possible thing to do.

To make Knicks fans feel crud. You can see a fingernail on Paul George's elbow but miss a whole arm hack on Kevin Love with two refs in position? SMH lol. Not serious but I'm saying, K Love deserved that call. He's having a monster of a year. Actually, I retract that. Kevin Love didn't "deserve" that call. He was fouled so it should've been called. Simple as that. I don't like this NBA having levels of officiating where only certain people get calls in certain situations. Just call it evenly across the board. Star or no, a foul is a foul. If Kendrick Perkins pulls up to shoot a buzzer beater and gets touched on his arm, call the foul.

You honestly believe that's what happens, don't you?

Bless your heart.

A blind man could see it was a foul. Making that statement afterwards does nothing.

I personally want Andrew Bynum and is lazy *** to fade into bolivion. GOAT underachiever.

The NBA doesn't call fouls on LeBron at the end period. As we see two blatant examples. Damn shame.

You honestly think that these things arent made note of and addressed in the offseason when the referees get together?

"Addressed"? Yes.

"Seriously addressed w/ serious efforts made to fix"? Ummm... no.

If you make a cake every month, and you keep screwing it up, but you keep telling me you're looking at the mistakes you're making, I would be an IDIOT to really believe you're making any real effort in fixing things.

The longer you continue to screw up the same thing, the less my confidence is that you're really and truly doing what you're telling me you're doing, seriously addressing this SAME MISTAKE you've been making.

I'm not an idiot, so no, I don't believe they're really making concerted efforts in fixing the same things that have gone on for decades, things like the pics Wreck just posted.

Thats fair, but I feel like I'm starting to see better reffing in some areas. Superstars and lack thereof will always exist, they arent going to call a game straight down the middle as sad as it sounds. LeBron going almost three weeks without fouling a guy made that perfectly clear.

Mistakes will still be made, until we get robot refs.

"Other assets from Cleveland"

Like the sound of that.
Hopefully "other assets from Cleveland" = Kyrie and Waiters, but I don't think they'd be able to overtake the Point Gawd and Swaggy P on the depth charts
