like i said earlier, if Blake and even Dwight could win the dunk contest, LBJ would win it with ease

Then do it and shut the **** up. Ray Allen hitting that 3 was terrible for the world. Now this dude just talk talks talks even more

I could hit 90% FT
I should win DPOY
I'm jealous of durants shots
Oh I'm coasting? Watch what I about to do... Proceeds to lose to a terrible team
I'd win the dunk contest

Blah blah bah

Lebron is OD explosive so the velocity and power he dunks with are pretty damn impressive.

The actual dunks themselves? Not so much.
Proceeds to lose to a terrible team
He said that before the Knicks game?

Not to start anything, but this needs to be said:

If Blake Griffin had just gone 5-22 (and this isn't the first time LMA has had games like this) he'd be getting ripped by the entire world right now.
David Lee put the clamps on him when they played in Oakland. I brought it up and it went ignored.

If he would have kept his mouth shut all along and said he would never participate, I would be fine with it. But he vacillates saying he would consider it, knowing it's what the fans want, then doesn't even think about it the next year. In that respect, he's annoying. If you have no intention on doing it, then don't tease the fans. All star weekend is for the fans. It's not that big of a deal but he doesn't realize that his participation would cause excitement in the dunk contest. The contest is dead now and needs something.

I agree that he might as well just state that he's not entering, but never once did I get my hopes up, because I don't see what could be different with regard to his reasons this year from last year or the year before.

As for the field of contestants this year, it's a lot better than the last few years. Mclemore is the least known of all of them, but he's just a rookie. At least, there's no scrubs like in years past. Should be decent

The potential of last year's contest was real though. They weren't big names but they all had bounce and were dunk specialists. (

He does his yearly trolling where he wants all of us to beg and offer him money to do it all for him not too. As fans we've seen all the top players in the league do it at one point. Me personally, I don't think he's cut out for this type of competition, but it's pretty lame to say your going to do ot, u would win, and put out videos every year around the time and don't do it

As long as Jeremy "who is this *****" evans isn't in it I'm cool. I never seen the dunk contest literally introduce the world to a player, I know alot of dudes who watch nba basketball faithfully and none of us ever heard of him.

I really think the worst team in the nba should be penalized for sucking so bad.

It would make teams not want to tank so hard and keep it competitive

Maybe say if you finish below a certain amount of wins you automaticalky get put into the 4th position in the draft.

There is no reason why the bucks should only have 9 wins right now

Gerald Green didnt show up like he usually does and Flight White straight up choked when the bright lights hit him :smh: :x. It was embarrassing

You guys do realize that the Sixers bench consists of basically Elliot Williams, James Anderson, Lavoy Allen, Brandon Davies, Lorenzo Brown and Hollis Thompson?

You do realize that MCW, Wroten and Turner is probably the worst shooting 1-3 lineup in the league?

You do realize Spencer Hawes and Thad Young are probably the worst defensive starting frontcourt in the league and they have virtually zero depth behind them?

I'm cool with joking about the tank and all, but more than half this squad literally is D-League/overseas talent. I don't know what more you expect of them. The front office had a tank in mind when putting together the roster for this year but the players are actually out there trying.

adam silver has to implement a new draft lottery system. the modified lottery wheel (lowe and simmons discussed) would be a great. most GMs in the league are idiots anyway, give them incentive to lose and you get so many garbage teams.

plus the so called blue chip superstar freshman class isn't all that. i dont follow college ball that closely but from all ive read/heard each of the top 5 projected picks are not guaranteed to be nba stars.

Basically. Its humorous to me now, He will do this every year until hes like 34 then he wont even have the bounce like that anymore.

 @ calling irving hotsauce
