If he was the first option on his own team, he might be better than an mvp Rose. He's playing alongside arguably the best player in the game so he cant fully showcase what he can do as a first option.

Maybe. Rondo is that true PG OKC lacks and Russ is a player Boston can build around. What OKC will lose in offense would be offset by the shots Rondo will create for his teammates.

Better defender and rebounder, plus Lamb off the bench keeps them with some type of firepower off the bench along with Reggie Jackson. Didn't really need him in the starting five. Him coming off the bench allows him to maximize his talents a bit more.
