I just don't see where Dirk can fit in, unless they consider him eligible as a center on third team (not likely). It's tough to argue for him over those other forwards

A lot of great players could be left off this year.. Melo, Dirk, Lillard, Cousins, Al Jefferson, Kyle Lowry, Derozan. And Wade and Westbrook who have had injury issues

Lowry has been great this season.. better than Wall? No, not quite. Wall has him beat in almost every statistical category. The Raptors as a team are doing better than Washington, but they should be. They have more depth on their roster, and haven't been hit with injuries like the Wizards have.

Lowry has definitely played at a high level (in his contract year, surprise surprise). But if he wasn't even selected for the All-Star team, he's not gonna make All-NBA

Mavs roster is easily better. They have a better starting 5, plus the best bench in the league statistically. Minnesota has had Pekovic and Martin miss time, so Love was out there by himself for most of the season. And coaching isn't even a comparison.

You dont have to care. But the Warriors have suffered virtually zero drop-off when any of Speights, Barnes, Draymond, O'Neal or Landry filled in for Lee in the past two seasons. Indisputable.

Serious question, is it a new rule that refs will call a foul after a shot is missed? I remember reading something about it and I've seen it more this year than ever.

thats not a new rule, its poor officiating

They always do this. If the shot goes in they usually swallow the whistle. If it misses, it's a foul. They do this with out of bounds calls too. They'll give it to the team who knocked it out, if they feel the player was fouled. Instead of calling a ticky tack foul, they just give the other team the ball.
