Granger's presence is missed.
Roy probably feels disrespected and not involved enough.
Lance is probably focused on getting his big contract next season.
George is distracted by his off the court issues and then the pressure of being "the man" for Indiana.
West is probably honest and tells people what's up.. and he's just too real for the rest of the team
George Hill quietly sits in the corner and hopes no one notices he's there.
Vogel, despite having success and being a solid coach, is still young and might not be able to reign in his team when they're struggling.

All of that could be a factor... or it could all be BS and there's something else up But this isn't just a team struggling late in the season after a great start, it's crazy how bad they've looked.

I will say this, the last time Lebron visited the Chesapeake Arena, he had to play in a mask for the next two weeks.

I was at both games the Heat visited, including the last one where the crowd was quiet a majority of the game and left early. Miami can go into Chesapeake and hammer them.
