Hakeem the Dream :pimp:

So silky in the post, RIP real centers, besides Big Spanish in Memphis, Noah be showing flashes too.

Dwight is only 3 seasons removed from averaging 23 and 14
and 2 seasons removed from averaging 20 and 14.5

**** a post move, what else do you possibly want the guy to do?

People complaining about Dwights post moves = people complaining about Bron's jumpshot in 2010

only thing is its easier to get a jumpshot than to grow a pair of nuts...

dwight is a freak of nature and should be putting up shaq numbers but he doesnt because of poor footwork, no heart, and content to say he wants to be the guy but goes and looks like the second option...

this is why people were saying andrew glass joe bynum was better offensively than dwight.

this dude better not get pwned by old *** duncan again smh

Anthony Davis is iight. First season was up n' down with nagging injuries. This season I'll keep an eye out.

Dwight Howard is a top 5 player in the world when 100% healthy. All that crap about Marv Gasol and Roy Hibbert being better than Dwight is ridiculous. When you throw the ball down to Dwight on the block, it's either a drop step slam dunk or a and 1/foul. Dude is virtually impossible to guard unless you send a double in the post.

T-Mac fell off yes but at his peak he was arguably the best perimeter player in the world.

If I knew how to post YouTube on mobile man, this dude in the Orlando years was video game ****. Never forget him and Arenas (another dude who was unreal in his prime) go at it and T-Mac dropped 60, hitting half court shots and ****.

Plus he was 7 feet tall

I honestly love these. Clarivoyant Bill

That Anderson-Asik trade is a PERFECT trade. I'm gonna assume that it works money wise or he wouldnt have suggested it, but its something that would greatly benefit both teams. Just checked salaries and it looks like it would work.

The only problem is it leaves the Rockets vulnerable when Howard goes to the bench.

But how much will they really care about defesne when hes there? When he goes to the bench I feel like the focus will switch back to like 90% offense, and then they wouldnt even need Asik. A lot of their highest 5 man units came when Asik wasnt on the floor, and you get to replace someone like Patterson with Anderson it would just get even better.

I definitely feel you on that though cause the Asik Lineups were taking up all the minutes. It would be interesting to see at the very least.

Beasley is going to be so valuable off the bench...the Heat will easily 3 peat...if Wade can stay healthy

Another year, and still no ESPN Fantasy Basketball app for Android..... I would be down to play but I'm sure you guys are using ESPN, and with no app and it being blocked at my job I would never get to set lineups on time.

the "alphabet" works. :pimp:

he's been struggling with his footwork thus far. he looks like he's going to be a good one

yea the ESPN app not being on android sucks since i cant change my line up on the fly while im out. Every year this hurts me. I remember one year ESPN let the app out like 2 weeks after the season had started. So I usually wait thinking the app going to come for android but never happens

i now see why people hate dwight so much. he just doesn't live up to their unrealistic expectations.

"dwight sucks, he's not playing up to the standards of arguably the most dominating big man in NBA HISTORY."

The only problem is it leaves the Rockets vulnerable when Howard goes to the bench.

our defense struggled mostly when asik wasn't on the floor and we had our bench unit out there because we had greg smith/donatas motiejunas/carlos delfino "protecting the paint".

when dwight goes to the bench, now we have a formidable center to protect the basket

Personally I don't expect Dwight to follow the same path as a great like Shaq. He's a different player.

But Dwight brings it on himself. He (at least reportedly) wants to be the main option, a featured post player, someone who gets a lot of touches on the block. So he's inviting people to pick apart his limited offensive post game. He talks like he should be posted on the block like Shaq/Hakeem did, so he's going to be compared to them.

Plus the criticism is warranted, if he's going to hide behind the excuse that the coach isn't "using him right." He's the one claiming that he has the offensive skills and the coaches aren't using them correctly... so people are going to pick apart his skills that he doesn't have.

If he talked about being a defensive force and being used as a defensive force all the time, people wouldn't nitpick his game as much.
