People just want to have that perception because Blake has never retaliated for all the times Zach has thrown him to the ground, shoved him, held him, etc. (like in the .gifs Chester posted). But at the end of the day, the numbers show that all that stuff doesn't really make much of a difference in terms of the overall production between the two players.

So what they are really saying, is ZBO dominates Blake in the Playoffs because he throws him to the ground, and grabs his nuts? Clippers need an enforcer to check stuff like that. Blake gets a lot of cheap shots taken at him. All that grab A** tough guy stuff doesent translate into wins.

I can't stand Kenny Smith anymore. Dude swears he's some HOF'er, talks and walks like it - funny thing is, I respect and actually enjoy watching/listening to Chuck more than I do Kenny.

Was there ever a point last night where Mark Jackson thought of putting Iggy or Klay on CP3?

Remember how in the playoffs, Mark Jackson kept his switching up his starting lineups announcing Landry in the starting lineup but Jack would actually start the games? And this year, people were asking Jackson who was going to come off the bench this year between Klay and Barnes, but he never did exactly say who it was going to be off the bench?

This is Mark Jackson. And seeing how this is how he operates, I believe he was not going to show LAC his hand early in the year. He likes to conceal his hand. Everyone knows Iguodala is our best perimeter defender so he's not gonna show his defensive schemes with Iguodala in the 2nd game of the season. At some point, Iguodala is going to guard Paul, but it wasn't going to be in game 2 of the regular season.

I'm not disagreeing with you, I'm saying from Melo's perspective, there's no way internally he thinks he can't get dudes to ride with him in NY. These top tier basketball players got bigger ego's than any person you've encountered x20, no chance in hell he'll accept the L that he can't do it in New York and move on. Zero chance, him and LeBron aren't cut from the same cloth.

You damn right they ain't cut from the same cloth, Bron is better then Carmelo will ever be at bastketball in his life. He's also improved his game far more than he has since they both entered the league. Melo can have as big of an ego as he wants, he'll never win anything of note until he either lures a superstar to NY (which I doubt given the cap situation) or teams up with another else where. Melo's style of play can't win you championships if he's far and above your best player and that's what we saw in Denver and now in NY
