While the beating was excessive I don't know why it happened so I won't completely damn dude but if you KO a guy keep it moving dont be a coward and lay hands on him while he can't defend himself.
It's always a clown who prolly caught his first W that tries some bone head **** like this dudes that know they're nice with the hands handle their biz and bounce.
In a way I'm glad it was a cop and not because of my disdain for most cops but because now this idiot will be looking at real time and rightfully so.

I'll be the first to admit that I never really understood why people were so against WSHH. My argument used to be "well, you can find the same videos on youtube, etc." I was wrong. Completely wrong. Last night was the nail in the coffin for me and that website. Look at where some people are in this world? Dude filming was too busy laughing and saying "WSHH" to actually help a man in need. It's really the bastardization of society in some regards. I was beyond disgusted. There is no way you can legally hold the guy filming accountable, but he's just a horrible person.
Also, you have to be ******g kidding me even suggesting that the dude's wife should have hopped out of the car. If Deen comes out of the coma, I'm sure he wouldn't have wanted OR expected his wife to do anything.

C.O.'s do not like cops and vice versa.
I was held on Rikers Island awaiting trail a couple years back and there was a kid in my housing area that was charged with attempt murder on an officer... the C.O.'s would bring him outside food and snacks on the regular.

yeah once dude was KO and made his point he should've bounced....even WSHH fights show WAY more mercy than what was shown here...

I dunno.... I know most jurisdictions recommend that officers be armed at all times whether on or off duty but NYCs gun laws are so strict and over the top, I wouldn't be surprised if they don't even allow officers to carry off duty.

i cringe more at the people ranting behind the lens more than i do the actual fight in these videos. people cheering it on and encouraging that behavior. a fight is a fight, but who gets hype at the thought that someone is possibly dead in front of them? dude was amped like he had a chub in his denimz.

It's a sad state of affairs if homie's first inclination is to yell "worldstar" instead of trying to help. That website has created a perverse form of entertainment based off of other people's injuries/misfortunes. There is something seriously wrong with that. Rather than running up closer to the victim with no purpose other than exploitation, yapping your gums, and being a fool, ANYONE with a 1/2 a brain would have figured out some way to help.
And to your second point....I'm sorry, but I COMPLETELY know the world we live in, but you don't see this stuff all the time. You can be desensitized all you want, but stop trying to minimize what happened by saying "**** like this happens everyday," like people won't have some sort of sick feeling after watching the video. It's awful.

Why would they do that? The site has nothing to do with hip ho...oh, wait.
But seriously, they found their niche and I'm sure it became clear early on that they were getting way more traffic with these types of videos. I don't know the history of the site but if they're all about music and having minimal impact then a random video of someone getting knocked out gets posted (maybe even at a concert) or some chick busting it open listening to whatever and the response is huge, they'd easily learn where their bread is buttered.
It's sad though that WSHH is an institution for acting stupid and people are so obsessed with having their 15 minutes that'll they'll go to whatever lengths to claim it, screaming out WSHH like it's something they belong to.
