Chopped n' Screwed is for sure wack as hell. Have no idea how anyone actually listens to that, let alone enjoys it.

Same here. Literally one day people were dressing one way, and the next day all I saw was neon colored skinny jeans, and shoes looking 4 times bigger than they were. Dudes were heavily wearing Blazers too.
 
When just ridin or chillin by yourself & you're :nthat: or drunk or off that lean....

Chopped & Screwed songs just put you that much more in the zone

Chopped & Screwed is usually whack when a rapper aims to do it that way or just any DJ/producer does it to a song but a few already dope songs that get the treatment do come out sounding better.

I guess I shouldn't really expect NT to appreciate Screw, considering you're the same guys beasting over Bieber and other pop artists.


Properly Chopped and Screwed music is actually on par Beethoven and Mozart in the in the sense that it used many, and often all, of the musical principals of syncopation.

Screw isn't necessarily about what your hearing... its often about what your not hearing and what your anticipating to hear. This is especially true for songs that people are already familiar with.


Im sure this is probably over most of your heads... but DJ Screw was truly an originator and a musical genius.... not just some guy who slowed down his records.
