Glendale Adidas said emails should be going out Friday between 6-8pm. Not sure if that is correct but that is what I was told yesterday.

the city gear in Saint Louis, MO called up their reseller friends and they got them first. Im sure they told them ahead of time because i work 5 minutes from there and they only had a 10 and 10.5 when i got there, smdh. Crazy.

No doubt in my mind that's what happened. I just didn't wanna seem salty. Makes it worse that I was conversing with the manager about he boosts yesterday and he kept giving me the run around. Kudos to the company CityGear for trying something different with this release - my IG feed is filled with reposts

City gear needs to figure out a better method. I am certain they mean well with they way they run these releases but they have to understand that it is too easy to rig this kind of procedure...
In Memphis I know for a fact that they have their group of "customers" that they backdoor/hold stuff for. So if it is City Gears Plan or Intention to put a stop to this then they have to understand that they have to handle the release at a CORPORATE level alone...
With the way they did it today... The managers and probably some staff knew the deal... Maybe not exact time but they knew enough to give a proper heads up to their people... Then all they had to do is have they on stand by... They could also easily tell people that get there that they are out of tickets... how is one to argue????
Then those said tickets simply make into the hands of the people they want to have them at whatever time they show up... Doesn't solve anything...
Everyone should just do an Adidas style release where you sign up at the location and the selection is done at the corporate level....

I gave up on all raffles and I am in NYC ... I just stopped giving a **** ... Saturday will be it .. No *****ing, no salt, .. Just me, my Tandy 1000 and aol dial up. If all that technology doesn't work, I don't know what will ...
