The Combat Jack Show Thread

Tax has stepped up big in the last 5 eps or so.

The ask tax segment is pure jokes.

Rap Radar autofellates for far too long in the beginning.

Combat Jack on Joe was refreshing for me. Women's intuition = paranoia

Based on the preview Tax posted of his Joe interview tomorrow podcasts should be entertaining

Amber is going to be Joe's podcast tomorrow lets see if he and Rory backtrack their **** walk comments

is it just me or is tax's podcast just not that good

the bleak episode was hilarious but it seems like he's not cohesive at all . its always like "but yea" "so um" .. *awkward silence* "so yea it was like"

and he always correlates something back to how he did a bunch of street _ and he has a rap sheet

oh , can't forget the necessary jab at troy ave .  idk man tax's podcast just aint that important to me

 Yes, his transitions are horrible, it's like he's just reading subjects off a sheet of paper. He's not the best interviewer to be honest, he needs a good guest to keep it rolling and even still it does kinda lack cohesiveness. He's kinda funny though and has a point of view that you don't get from other podcasts so that's what keeps him relevant. Bleek episode was good, Styles P too, Desus and Mero was cool, and I'm sure Budden is gonna be hilarious.

Also Slim Jesus **** was funny, and I find the Troy Ave disses hilarious. He said my dude used to deliver Domino's Pizzas

Desus and Mero the funniest dudes out. I wish they had some consistency with releasing their podcasts though.

Tax has a good series imo. I rock with it

its not...his episode with Bleek & Desus and Mero were his best because they all come from the same era so it had a nice flow but in general he's not good at interviewing...even with them he jumps all over the place with no timeline and he'll interrupt to ask a question that has nothing to do with what the guest is already talking about...

i'm not subscribed but i'll still check every now and then to see what guests he's had on and if its someone i like i'll listen...i didnt like him at all at first but he's grown on me

Tax is better when he is just talking to people he already knows.

He sucks as a interviewer. He doesn't do research and isn't prepared. He's searching for questions in his head to ask.

It probably doesn't help that he gets drunk or high prior or during.

Tax is having me DYIN
He flagrant throughout the who podcast
Bruh we got no info on nothing
Tax was getting heated towards the end cause of joe word games

Do ya'll listen to Ice T's podcast?

It's actually pretty good. I didn't start listening until a couple of episodes ago.

I can't listen to Taxstone. His **** is mad repetitive. Jail, robbery and other BS he brings up a few times every show. Some of his jokes are funny but not worth an hour of time. It was funny how tight he was the last five minutes of the podcast.

So did Joe have a right to be annoyed by Tax?
Not really
Tax just wasn't sugar coating the questions
He was asking the questions straight up
Like "u beat up the girl"
"Did u really think u won that rap battle"
"Was u on couples therapy to try and stay with that girl"
Budden was playing those word games he does on his podcast
With being to literal with someone's words
And trying to flip it
