Khan's an old dog by now. He's not gonna change who he is...hasn't really shown any steps that way either.

A-friend, on Bradley's instagram (timbradleyjr) he's doing the Ice Bucket challenge. Looks like he hasn't done a sit up in months lol.

Now people want to see Brook vs Khan >D
You don't?

I've been ready to see that fight for a while now. I think it would be a good fight because Brook and Khan really don't like each other.

Khan would definitely go for the KO and we all know what happens when Khan goes for the KO.

Before Brook beat Porter people in this thread didn't think it would be a good fight and Brook wasn't really that good of a boxer.

Kell Brook was strongly disliked by the majority in the UK. Somewhere between the Hatton and Senchenko fights, he started to garner and build national support.

Well you can't blame people for overrating the hell out of Porter with no real footage of Brook
I don't find Porter to be overrated at all. Rational boxing fans knew he was going to lose eventually. I said it repeatedly in this thread, just didn't think the first L would come against Brook. Porter's style is hard to deal with. He's strong, unrelenting, and unorthodox. Dips low, gets inside at will, dirty boxing. What did we learn from the Brook fight? He needs to develop a plan B with pops. Came off a bit one-dimensional when the gameplan didn't work like it did against Paulie and Dev.

champcruthik champcruthik You're boy Kid Chocolate dropped the WBO title and an opportunity to make 1.4 million. The fight with Korobov is officially off. What are your thoughts on this?? Al Haymon vs Jay-Z already in effect? :nerd:

My only train of thought is Pete believes he has more to lose than gain by fighting Korobov in November. Also, must have an alternative tentatively on the table that surpasses $1.4M. The amount is three times larger than his previous career payday. The line of thinking is a bigger, more financially profitable opponent at 160. But who?

There was shady **** going on from the start of the negotiations. Another Haymon fighter with a light resume starting to duck. It's a shame the kind of fighters we are forced to deal with in this day and age.

$1.4M is a lot to turn down just to duck an opponent. Why would KC be scared of Korobov? Dangerous opponent, yes. But not impenetrable or impossible to defeat. The moment this potential matchup was announced, my hunch was a Quillin decision. That's with my head, not my heart.

I can't see him getting 1.4 or more unless he fights GGG, who said he's only interested in fighting Quillin if he has the belt. Danny Jacobs? Not enough money there, so I'm clueless.

I dont think he's ducking, I think this Haymon-Jay-Z beef is real. Seems like Al wasn't trying to let J eat off one of his fighters.

Pete and Danny would be huge in Brooklyn at Barclays. Since Quillin isn't tied or obligated to Showtime, Maravilla or MAC?

I don't even think Korobov is that dangerous. Maybe 3 years ago but not this decrepit Korobov. Maybe ducking is the wrong word. I should have just said he's Haymon-ing...he'll get $2 million and fight someone ranked outside of the top 20 and call it a day

I ABHOR when fighters do this, especially young guys. Don't want to take the risks to be great and step up and don't have the sack to tell their management "this is who I want, get it done." I might think he's a tad overrated but I give this dude Canelo even more credit after this. Because he's showing to be of a different breed than most of the name fighters out there.

Stevens?

KC's biggest career payday has been in the $500K range. He has a baby son now, well-documented, perhaps that creates urgency.

 that miss jackson chick suing floyd. claiming he threatned her and pulled a gun on her.

*grabs popcorn*
