I go with the passive game at work. Have a decent conversation every now and then that makes her laugh. Makes her feel safe and puts you in their head. After that they start choosing, inviting you out etc. Some dudes are more aggressive, whereas I don't really care if I pull at work, I like my paychecks. I only get aggressive once we're out the office together. That approach works though if you don't think about it.
 
Not really, you don't want to be crass. I mean treat more like if it happens great, if not eh. Just another day. But please by all means liven up the day by talking to these women.
 
Kind of feeling bitter sweet.

Mutually decided to going back to being exclusive.

Of course that makes me happy because that means I'm not sharing the box with some butch (she's bi btw) but its sad in a way because I was making a lot of good progress with just starting conversations and getting numbers and stuff like that.

Got the number of this 29 year old Panamanian....she so beautiful and dark skin...slim waste, thighs and mass for days..tig ol biddies..laawd. She mad me feel tall too cuz she's like 5'3 and I'm 5'10 (my girl is 5'7.5). I still want her around me but we gonna have to be friends cuz I'm not a rolling stone.

Meh, I'd still do my thing. IT sounds like your girl has a switch that she flips on and off at her leisure. When she feels like doing something she flips that switch on so she can get free reigns to do what she wants and when she is done she flips it off and expects everything to return as is.

Girl i hung out with twice telling people we are dating. Another girl i have been talking to is going to MTL for the summer and i told her i was going to come spend the weekend, then later that night she was like "dont forget to bring whatshername" i was like what are you talking about? "i heard you guys are together now, i dont want to mess that up" .

How do i bring this up to the girl that were not together ?

Serious situation. (No Ducktales)

In a dilemma. thinking about hooking up with this chick been talking to for a minute, only thing is, she is sorta thotish and a bit crazy (said she changed though).

Now I don't care too much about the thotish part, its what I go for I have low standards (Kanye Shrugs), but her being a bit crazy kinda worry's me.

now you may say Damn Cfranchise26 what makes her crazy. well here it is

Met this chick around the way, chopped it up, got her #, we talked for about a week. sends me a friend request on Facebook. I didn't think anything of it. So another week passes and she puts she is in a relationship with me. Now in no way I even implied we was in a relationship, hell I didn't even smash yet. So boom that was flag #1, I told her take that down, you moving too fast for me. 2nd flag, i'm at a bar, apparently she was calling me, didn't even know. Get home had 9 missed calls in a 3 hour span. I tried calling her back, goes straight to voicemail, i'm like whatever.  10 minutes later , my cousin calls me, saying  the girl I was talking to put my pic up on Facebook saying I have Herpes. ( mind you still never smashed, hell I never had a STD in my life)  Get my cousins to get at her, she apologizes and takes it down, begs me to give her another chance.  Flag#3 She sends me some random video of her walking in a hotel room with rose petals on the floor what some dude did for her on Valentines Day, I guess tyring to make me jealous.

Now after 3 months of off and on talking, it does seem like she calmed down, and constantly apologizes for her previous actions, saying she changed now. should I go for it NT, say F it and see what happens or play it safe and keep my distance. some people do change for the better (I have)  or I could just be thirsty for yambs

I'm heading back to DC this weekend. Wanted to go to Puerto Rico this weekend but flights are ridiculous.
