Some have a better metabolism than others. Drugs also don't necessarily mean you'll get fat.
Opiate painkillers can produce a bloated belly but on the other hand they also surpress appetite, at least my opiates do.
Healthy eating also doesn't necessarily make you slim. You could lose weight by only eating hamburgers.
It's all about how many calories you consume and how many calories you use.

This is about all the time I going to take even giving this nonsense half a thought but there's only two ways to interpret it.
1. He's complimenting the baby and extension the mother, in a manner no different then saying the baby is cute, handsome, beautiful, etc which is completely normal verbiage. We all know Thug is not normal.
2. Thug is expressing sexual attraction to a 2 year old baby i.e. he's a pedophile.
Again anybody who interprets it as a #2 is an idiot. Then again some people act like broads with these rappers. "You hear what Thugga did on IG OMG!!!!"
