speaking of Kaep, i wonder what the relationship between him and Jimmy T is like, considering Harbaugh seemed 100% behind him.
Randomly, I was speaking to someone who works very closely with a handful of the niners and he was saying that internally Kaep isn't ready to be a leader to the team, mainly because he's stuck in an odd situation in which he's trying to portray an image of something he's not. Not pertaining to his role as a QB but more so his social and personal identity.

i think he had another procedure done recently. i remember hearing something about a bigger screw being inserted. i think he should be ready for the regular season.
