I seriously doubt these will be $250 by next week, more like $300 when all is said and done...

$269 total isn't that bad considering thats lower than most preorder sites and only $50 above retail...

Dude.. put two different names on the shipping address with your last name.  As long as the billing info matches the card then youre good

@Zyzz  I have done it for me and my brother on multiple releases.  Key is just having multiple accounts under different names and using different cards.  Never had an order canceled at least .
