Friend of mine opted for an abortion last year, lost all respect for her...I may be wrong, but experiencing how hard it could be to have a child I can't respect someone irresponsible enough to get pregnant when clearly not ready and then selfish enough to terminate it.

ah don't stress about the cost, it's really nothing in the grand scheme of things.
over the course of 18+ years you'll easily have paid xxx,xxx to raise a child (especially if you're going to pay for their college tuition).
so 15-20K to conceive is just a drop in a bucket when you consider the bigger picture.

Good luck, Steezy! The biggest thing you have going for you is that your relationship seems solid. A lot of relationships can't handle the hardships. You guys seem strong.

Hey fellas, second round here, been a bit more quiet about it this time around, last time was pretty dissapointing, anyhow figure I give those who care on here an update, I'm currently sitting in the waiting room while the wife gets 2 Enbryos transfer, everything went smooth during the retrieval unlike last time when she almost died....however the embryos we fertilized were C grade 
hopefully at least one of the two transferred sticks, we have faith in our new RE he's been awesome, we are about 20k in out of pocket and I'm not sure I'm ready for a 3rd round...might have to start considering adoption...anyhow as always thanks for the unconditional support from the community, can't believe it's been almost 2 years since I started this thread...lol
