Nike Air Yeezy Red October 2 Thread Officially Released VIA NDC 2/9. No BUYING/SELLING/TRADING.

yeah, as i said b4, i was able to get DS solars for $1350 a couple months after release... and DS plats last march for $1350...

deals were out there to be had for awhile, and while i'm sure people paid much more to FC for 'em at the time, they didn't start really catching rape prices for awhile.

the only reason these RO's are so high starting out is cuz people were already paying $5K - $6K to get the early, stolen pairs...

so people just thought that should be the price out the jump...

combo that with hype at an all time high, people seeing the prices solar's have been fetching, it's ye's last shoe with nike, and other factors, well...

all i can do is hope after the celebs, ballers, and rich kids grab their pairs for sandusky prices, your boy can come up on a decent price... :nerd:

Y2'S WERE GOING FOR CONSIDERABLY LESS THAN WHAT THEY ARE NOW. THERE WERE MANY DEALS TO BE HAD AS MANY SOLD THE SHOES NOT KNOWING HOW HIGH PRICES WOULD JUMP.

QFT!!! got my plats for $800 the following thursday...  and i was sick, never thought i would ever spend that much on a sneaker

I OWN THEM AND I WOULDN'T VALUE THEM AT MORE THAN 3-3.5K . DON'T KNOW WHERE THOSE SKY HIGH VALUES ARE COMING FROM. PEOPLE LISTING FOR CRAZY PRICES BUT THE VAST MAJORITY OF PAIRS I'M SEEING THAT ARE ACTUALLY BEING BOUGHT AND SOLD ARE IN THE 2.8 - 3.5 RANGE.

already negotiating several deals ranging between 2.5 and 3, people prob going to come down more when they see their shoes not moving at 4k+ I just don't have the patience to wait.

as said many times b4 in this thread, money comes and goes, but these shoes for retail, does not.

if you really love the shoe and wanna wear it, holding onto them is a no brainer... there's a million other ways to make 4 or $5K...

Disappointed that I missed out on these. Was at church but that profit would've gotten me much closer to a nissan gtr

I would like to have a pair to have but honestly I need a gtr more than yeezy's. If I was able to cop one I would've sold it. If i copped two I would've sold one and kept one. 

and this is coming from a guy that hates the whole reselling aspect.

I wish you luck fella. I hope everyone who wanted them just keeps their pairs and those who kinda of wanted it flip it for 6k or more.

Just found out the guy I was dating was cheating on me - a lot - so while I know in sneaker circles the destruction/desecration of a pair of kicks like this sacrilege and might create some riots, if you're in the DMV (or close enough / wanna come in for it) and want to watch a guy suffer, come to my Red Octobers & Heartbreak bonfire. Food/drinks afterwards are on me.

I found out about 24 hours before Valentine's Day. What set the burning of his size 13's into motion was him taking ANOTHER GIRL out on the date I had planned for him and I. He didn't change the reservation at the restaurant, so then the restaurant texted me notifying his and this other broad's table was ready. I'm ready for revenge now.
