What about a transformation challenge. I fluctuate between 211-214. Want to drop down to 195, but then get back to 210 with a better muscle:fat composition.

been working out for the past year dropped from 240lb to 213lb

want to get down to 195 iim 5'11

what i need to stop is the late night snacking

Yea it's all fair game pretty much this thread will be our "log" if what we are doing we can share pointers if needed but main focus is just to check in on each other share foods we may have eaten, and other things, also a place to go if you feel you're about to smash a whole pizza we can talk you out of it lol
 
Nah. Hot-N-Readys from Little Caesars will be consumed.

Going to juice for 40 days and 40 nights though.
 
I'm in even though I'm not really fat. I've been super lazy these past 5 years and I'm starting to gain a bunch of weight

It's nice to have a table/excel type of thing set up with everybody's names with everybody's weekly weigh in for each week but that's only if someone is willing to do that..

And also can maybe put your weekly weigh in's in your signature if there's enough room like they do in bb.com like this:

Can never follow the fitness thread so this is easier as this is what I want to do

Track starts in 3 weeks so that should be a lot more cardio than I did this winter

Want to lose more body fat in the stomach to get more definition on da abs 

For da summer 

Also I'm 5 8 and weigh 128

I'm in.

I've been on somewhat of a diet for the past few weeks. Started eating 2000 calories or less everyday. I walk around 40 minutes a day also. I don't use a scale but my face isn't looking as puffy, and a few pair of jeans I've outgrown fit me fine now.

I am in, definitely put on the lbs this past year. The heaviest I have been right now, but not the fattest I have looked. Still not happy, need to drop 40-50 lbs this year.
 
I'm in but what are the keys to getting more defined? What works for you guys? I'm in good shape but I wanna have a more athletic build. I'm 6 ft 1 and 192.
 
real talk this a great thread though an itll help those of us who want to see a physique change

i needa get back to my old self, im gonna bring in the cardio come march also, zone in on my macros, look like an elite bro once again, i been caught up in heavy feels the past few months/year......:smh:

right now im 6'1" 204

i want 6'1" 195lbs
