Out of all the cars listed, I thought it would be the most impressive. What didnt you like about it?

Like a few mentioned front of car looks nice but other than that nothing special plus they don't hold value.
Dont look as a car as an investment or anything.Whenever you buy a new car, youre gonna lose money, a lot of it.

Are you looking to sell this car in a few years? Might as well get something used. Otherwise, get a car that you will enjoy til its wheels fall off.

It does have the best ride. Accord is honestly looking like your best bet.

Trust me I understand a car continues to depreciate so I don't look at it as an investment in that sense; however I want to know that if I wanted to trade it in or sell I'm not going to get peanuts. I am looking at new , pre owned cert, and one owner used as well.

Smart man.  A car IS an investment in a sense and you just described why.  Some bleed value (Passat), while others maintain it better (Accord).

If I was you, I'd go the CPO Accord route.  You'll be able to get a 2013 for less than new obviously, and they come with a 7 yr./100k powertrain warranty.  Best bang for you buck, IMO.

No. Its not. And the way he described it affirms that.

I see what youre trying to get at...but no.

Meh. You know what I'm getting at. Take a 2014 Mazda 6 and Accord that are comparable in specs, features, mileage and condition and go trade them in a few years from now. I'm willing to bet that you will get more for your trade with the Accord. That's all. You're being too technical with the term "investment".

I'll just leave this here....

Thread shutdown in effect! Great vid, thanks for posting. A nice Accord with wheels, drop, and exhaust is a thing of beauty! I want one now. Anybody know what the wheels are in this vid?

White one is on MRRs. Black one is on VIP Modulars.

Check out the Vossen video if you haven't.

heard a commercial on the radio for Truecar.com

Apparently it's a method to get the best deal from specific dealerships without having to haggle.

Talked to my Dad over the weekend and he really has me interested in the new Ford Fusion, my only concern is never owned an american made car don't want reliability issues 2-3 years down the road.
