my red flyknits are not painted. you can clearly see that the weave has black/grey thread in with the red.

maybe the thread isnt as bright or bold as it should be, but i dont think the solids were constructed and then painted as everyone suggests

from the pics above, it looks like the blue ones are the same as well

i think its pretty much a given at this point that you shouldn't give any weight or credibility to people on NT who are basing their statements/opinions strictly off of images. i noticed the trend on NT is to spout off nonsense as if it's fact without any real knowledge of reality. seems like everyone here is a know-it-all.

well spoken...i spent days scratching my head trying to figure out why everyone was stating that the solid colors were painted...like they constructed the weave pattern/or the shoe then took an airbrush to it...its just flat out not true.

i cant speak for the fades, but the solid colorway (red) i have is no more airbrushed than the black pair i own...PERIOD

and from the looks of things, that blue pair on the last page is exactly the same.

IMO

So the picture where dude shows the inside of his pair is all grey underneath is fake then?

if you mean this...
View media item 1190295then no its not fake

but i think there are at least 2 levels of knit in the shoe. IMO

if they sprayed the finished mold a solid color, i dont see how the black could be knitted in so well. its not random either.

dont get me wrong, i kinda wish it was airbrushed, maybe the color would be deeper. but i cant see how it was with the black being so visible on the outer layer

This is crazy talk. Look at the back of your mc. It isnt grey its mc!!!! Why would they use the same MORE LIMITED material for the inside layer of te mc but use grey for the rest?!?! Makes no sense at all. What we have here is a dude trying to make his self believe something that clearly is not true. I own solids fades and mcs. The **** is clearly painted it isnt even a question.

Hold those horrible reds up next to some thrillers and tell me its the same quality. If you can do that you are clearly talking out your ***

If you cant tell the difference between the reds and the all black flyknit IN PERSON then you've got some eyeball problems bruh

Breaking in = feet going numb on these.
Man. After a few people saying TTS was fine, the consensus is now leaning this way big time. I'm a 13 so there was no option of going a half size up for me. I have two MC pairs on the way in my size so I hope I can make them work somehow.

Clearly you don't know the meaning of imo.

You need to chill, you've got major anger issues homie.
You make statements like they are fact. PERIOD. IMO. See how that works?! And why am I mad? I just woke up far from mad bruh

And still I can't figure out why you feel the need to respond so animated.

I still don't feel like they're painted. I still feel like they used crappy flyknit. So you did all that rah rah for nothing as usual.

And you still provided no useful info as to why it's so obvious to you that they just airbrushed over a gray upper...which btw, very well could be the case, but isn't IMO

Yeah its gonna be hard for you to get them to work. Im a true 13 and the MC's that I got on the first batch were impossible for me to wear. So I ordered 14's this last go round and they fit perfect. A 13.5 would have probably been almost too small for me as well. The people who got them the first go round tried to tell you guys to at least go hlf size up.

Crappy flyknit or airbrushed, its clear that the material isn't worth the $260. I think they dyed the shoes but didn't let them sit in the dye bath long enough. Shoe customizers can probably go to town on these. Anyone paying over retail for IDs are also making a huge mistake. The quality isn't as good as the general releases.

Speak for yourself.
Everything you stated is based on your own opinion.

My mc ids were worth every $$ and crap all over these general releases

Don't get me wrong, I love my MC IDs as well but the oversized tongue and the lack of detailing available is a downer. Despite the fact that the general releases are mostly solid colors, the overall build quality is nicer than the IDs. They're also 60 cheaper. Nike missed a good opportunity to make some really nice shoes with the solid color IDs.
