Pau has been on the trading block multiple times. Why would he accept an offer only to potentially be there again? It's a lack of respect from the FO that turned him away.

I really like this team option on hill. Look for his name to pop up around deadline this year. If nothing happens then the year after as well. He's basically a two time expiring contract, moar potential assets.

I really think a lot of this is on Kobe. He got overpaid which hurt the Lakers flexibility...and I'm not sure if other stars want to sit in his shadows.
