Yes, and they're fantastic. I picked up the red pair and black/blue pair late last year.

I had to size up from my true size (14) to a 15. But a half size would have been fine too.

Blind bought these since they're 59.98 and I want to get more into running: http://www.finishline.com/store/pro...l-running-shoes/_/A-2424?productId=prod750671

here's some codes:

12ZXFBBTCGS - $10 off $60
12ZZ62PSXXH - $20 off $100

Added some socks to hit 60, I figured it's worth a shot. Anyone own the Boost reveals?
Man, I was looking at those also. I actually went to FinishLine after seeing them online because I want to use my 25$ GiftCard and I wan't some Boost. So I wear a 10 in Nikes, and 9.5 in Reebok Questions etc. I tried on the the 10 they had and my Foot was RIGHT AT THE END. I went ahead and tried an 11 and I could have gotten away with them but they looked huge on my feet.

They did not have a 10.5 in store so I will have to purchase online. Sucks because I will have to pay for shipping and Im trying to get them as low as possible.

BTW, they have this pair for even cheaper http://www.finishline.com/store/catalog/product.jsp?productId=prod775661  But only reason I did not get those which were in my size is because I want the Solar Red Pure Boost and didn't want to have 2 Solar Red Pair's.

I am going to buy a pair of boosts .... can't decide weather to go the Ultra boost prime knit or the new pure boost 2.0 .... I am a size 12 in everything including flyknit trainers and racers

Any recommendations on which model, and sizing? I am ordering online so I want to get it right

Thanks!

training for long runs: Ultra Boost
casual wear: Pure Boost
Ah i should of mentioned.... just using for stationary bike warm ups at the gym, and weight training .. no running etc... should I stick TTS in the new pure boost 2.0?

Thanks bro for the info

IMO what you'd like to use them for wouldn't take full advantage of the tech and comfort that Boost provides. The Pure Boosts would certainly be excellent for your feet after working out.

Wore ultra boost tonight from 4-11...not bad so far. And feet feel nice after removing.

Tomorrow will be real test! Track test

Alright....here goes a Review

Hope it helps some folks lol

So basically did a track workout today in them.
First off these are by far the most comfortable boost I've used to run/walk/try on.

To give an idea of what I did...

Warm up. Drills. 4x350(coming through 200 at 28 secs) 8x100 (decent speed) 2x200, 30 sec pace, 30 sec rest

Pretty decent to get a test out of the shoes. So starting out the first couple 350s everything was fine but the heel just felt like it didn't have any lock down. But the last one I didn't notice. I don't know if that's because I just adjusted to it or what but it definitely bothered me. Long runs should have no problem but if you are picking up speed it will feel like your heel is coming out the shoe. Mind you I got these TTS and they fit perfect. That was my only real complaint. Idk how adidas approved this they need to fix the heel or do something to make it more snug, tying them tighter does not help with the heel slippage either

But as the workout went on I guess I kind of adjusted to it or something a little. This is only my first workout with them so maybe they will get better?

Another problem I faced was with my right foot. I normally have this in most adidas I wear and when I relaxed my foot some it helped a ton and didn't bother me as much. But you can see why my right foot would be hurting. (Comparison pics, you can see my right foot coming over the sole some, while my left foot is nicely placed in)

All and all decent for my first workout I guess. Hit the gym in them after. Felt pretty good. Great for casual use. Jumping ETC. Really great shoe. Only huge complain is that heel. Besides that I love them and the forefoot boost is outstanding in this model.

If there are any questions or anything I didn't cover you can ask me in here and I'll answer. Sorry if this didn't help you or it's written poorly.

I was going to ask if you think going up a half size would be smart but it looks like the heel problem would be amplified correct? Also keep us updated on the pain you are feeling.. Repped for the helpful post

Great review!

@BlackedoutUnicorn

I went up a full size (14 to 15) and I only have minor heel slippage if I'm basically full-out sprinting. I think it's just an inherent design flaw with the internal bootie system.

If I went TTS, I'd probably still have heel slip in addition to crammed toes. I'd recommend half-size up even if you have normal-width feet.

Idk but mine fit pretty perfect, have a tad bit of space. The knit makes it a verry nice snug feel. The pain I'm sure is just from my right foot being wider. It went away one I calmed down some, also if you don't lace them as tight as I am you won't even notice that. In the gym i tied them 'regular' and had no issues or foot pain

One thing Adidas could integrate for a more lockdown feel is to do what Nike does with the Hyperfeel TR and have a wire for the last few laceholes that goes around the ankle and it is hidden underneath the flyknit so it looks seamless. I know Adidas can't use flywire but I am sure they could use a wire/thread that is a bit thicker and just not call it flywire.

In the pic below, it is difficult to see but the part I circled actually has that flywire that you can tighten as you lace-up the top 3 laceholes. I find it really helps me when doing sprints during my HIIT and jump for plyo workouts, really provides a locked down feel. You can actually see some exposed flyrwire closer to the laces.

^ yup, or make a lace hole further back toward the heel. I've never had heel problems with adidas until this shoe also. But I'm running a lot faster than most will in these. But maybe it'll adapt or something

I don't even think an extra lacehole will help the way it is structured. Like that top lacehole is already away from the actual 3-striped cage that when you tighten it, it really won't pull anything closer/tighter anymore so an extra lacehole won't work unless they add one that is attached to the primeknit upper itself.

You think if the heel counter were a one-piece that it'll prevent some heel slippage? I'd imagine if that was connected to each other and are pretty solid that it would cup your heel a bit better upon movement?

Really not sure. Thinking it may be too low? Or maybe they could add something on the inside

I just did a test and tied the shoe as tight as I could to see if I could pull it off. I grabbed the back sole and was able to take my foot right out of the shoes

Don't know if I should return or not...but this heel thing is a huge problem for actual running. But like I said casually/weight room/slow jogging they are beast :-/

@Mark Antony  thanks for pointing out that price on the energy boost reveal.  I've actually been after a pair for my gf who needs a mostly black shoe for work and is on her feet all day. These will work well (plus we have an anniversary coming up so this will be a nice extra gift haha).

I picked up these Adidas Response Boosts in December for a steal. $35 on Adidas.com. Finally broke them out yesterday. So comfortable!

They're a "takedown" model of sorts. No plastic cage, heel clip, or full length boost. These are going to be mainly for walking around and casual wear, so I'm fine with it. They do have a substancial amount of boost in the forefoot and heel, it has a techfit upper, and a Torsion bar.

just received my pure boost 2.0, i bought the black and blue pairs. amazing on feet, went for a quick jog and figured i need more pure boost. Adidas website has 2 new colors online including red and the black with the design on it. full size run on the grey pair too.

Thanks for the links for finishline fellas... Can't beat thoes prices. Just copped both pairs and with the $20 off $100 code made it even better. Paid $105 total $95 for both with $10 for shipping.
